Early check-in time and the first impression of the hotel is spacious and clean, located at a height so the view from the hotel lobby can see the beach and the friendly receptionist and I was helped to bring my suitcase to the room, the room was unexpectedly very spacious for the type without windows but outside the room there is a window in the corner of the hallway for lighting, and the condition of the mattress is also new, all the interior is new, entertainment TV is also available and the bathroom has hot water, there is an exhaust fan but unfortunately the hanger is too high for me, it needs to be adjusted to the standard height of local tourists, only lacking a mirror on the nightstand. Overall good for this class of hotel, and the most impressive thing is the delicious breakfast food is available at 6 o'clock. Hopefully the renovation will be completed quickly and it will be visited by many local and foreign tourists. Belgari is getting more advanced.

The staff was very friendly. Part of the room was under reconstruction so it's not so clean. The location is not to far from the airport. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and it was good. Also I can order food online to the hotel.

Sorry in advance if my review is not good, but this is honest from our family's experience staying there. The location is good because it is in the city center, but unfortunately when we first checked in we were directed to a room that did not match the description of the room we booked through the application. The room was bad, damp, moss stuck to the glass and honestly it was a bit scary when we opened the window. After complaining to the receptionist we were transferred to another room with the same type. But after looking again it was not like the description when booking where the view when opening the window was a sea view. Because we were tired we didn't complain to the receptionist anymore. But in the room it turned out that many things were no longer functioning such as the night light and the lights in the closet area that didn't turn on, the toilet light that sometimes turned on and sometimes turned off, the room smelled damp, the TV couldn't be used to watch (the smart TV didn't work, it kept loading), and the bed sheets were a bit bad. This input is not to bring down but as material for introspection to be better in the future. Maybe if it hasn't been used for a long time, the room should be checked first before the guests come in. So that the guests are comfortable staying there, if they are comfortable they can come back again. In addition, the restaurant and buffet food are delicious and the service is friendly.

It's hard to find TV channels, there's no manual, even then it's just YouTube, then the key won't open, the room has to be turned back and forth 3 times, waiting 30 minutes, only the windows are dirty, the boss says there's a lot of moss, the hotel staff's phone calls are really hard, maybe 10 times before they answer, yeah that's all, oh my, the bathroom smells of cigarettes, yeah even though it's nice and smoke-free

When staying here, I had already booked 2 nights, but it turned out that the wifi could not be used at all. And the TV could not be connected. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not optimal, the floor looked yellow as if it had not been cleaned optimally.
