Mony have been stolen from my room,800 turkish lira

Worse experience ever . Went here at midnight to check in. They could not find our reservation after showing our confirmation and payment to hotels.com , they wanted to check us in with a condition of paying same amount as deposit in cash . We asked to speak to manger , they said there is no manager on duty . We gave up and paid them . Booked me in a handicapped room and room occupied with other people . We went back to front desk and they said they gave us two wrong room and end up giving us two different rooms . Went to rooms and slept . Hotel is very dark and feels depressing . I will not recommend this hotel nor I will ever stay again . Staff is rude and not friendly . Hotel is dirty and feels like you are in a under ground bazar.

This is the worst hotel experience in my life. The hotel doesnt have AC in lobby, floors, restaurant. Only Rooms Ac is working. All the drinks like water and fake. I will never recommend this hotel. 0 star

Firstly,its not known as the Grand Haber Hotel any more! its the Rox Royal.So finding the place was great fun... Nobody in the hotel staff spoke English.Has 90% + of the guest were Russians that's fair enough,if frustrating,but my girlfriend is fluent in Russian.and she struggled communicating with the staff. We both found the staff rude and very unhelpful.In fact they seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful.One night removing salt and pepper pots from our table,without asking, during our main course,well within the opening period of the restaurant . also consistently removing utensils from tables without a word or indication .Music blared out from all pools all the time the restaurant opening period. There are external bars etc to the left of the hotel blasting out music till 4am every night. Great fun! I've always said 'jokingly 'as long as i could get a beer in a bar,i'd be alright, well i wasnt here.In the bar off the main restaurant ,they didnt know what a beer was! Even if you cant speak english,i thought that the word Beer was pretty universal .The so called air conditioning didnt work

Most of the visitors were Russian and Turkish, which meant that most of the staff did not speak English. Our stay was from 24th to 28th October. What we did not know was that on 26th the hotel switched to "winter" mode, which meant that lot of facilities were closed (aquapark, restaurant by the sea, ala/carte restaurants). Even before the switch the hotel seemed to have plenty of empty space, which resulted e.g. in the evening program happening in the hotel atrium, instead of the amphitheater (=loud Russian disco right in front of your room every day till 11pm or so).

Kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil ,fitness merkezi dedikleri paslanmaz çürük bozuk aletlerle dolu,kapalı havuz sanki bir otoparkın altına yapılmış dermeçatma süs havuzu gibi. Yemekler güzel,çeşitlilik bol.Odalar 3 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde.Alkollü içkiler kötü,alkolsüzler fena değil. Plajda kolay kolay yer bulmak mümkün değil ,yani verdiğim parayı kesinlikle haketmiyor.

D’ers mad var rigtige dårlige udover det var virklige varm i selv restauranten , alle personale så sur ud , rigtige svart ved kommunikation da ingen kan taler Englsk , jeg vil ikke anbefaler den hotel til nogle .

Otelin her seyi mevcut. Her türlü imkan var fakat bakım gerektiren bir çok sey var odalarda. Tadilat olması lazım. Yemekler de sıcak ızgara servise rast gelmedik. Animasyon sadece Ruslara hitap ediyor. Daha eğlenceli şarkılarla akşamlar daha renkli olabilr

Прекрасный отель, очень отзывчивый русско-говорящий персонал. Разместили без предварительного бронирования, что очень помогло в непростой ситуации( 23:00, Хилтон поблизости аннулировал бронь и отказался селить). Отель очень понравился, бассейн, пляж, бар, спа все на уровне. Спасибо Вам огромное!!!

نظافه ممتازه خدمه رائعه بحرفيه موقع مميز على البحر مع شاطئ خاص للفندق طعام جيد جدا متاح في كل وقت المشاريب في كل وقت غير مناسب للمحافظين الأجواء الليلية رائعه يوجد الصاخب ويوجد الهادىء سررت جدا اااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااا

Hotels.com sakin ama sakin otel bileti almayiniz.iade iptal durumu ölseniz dahi yapmiyorlar.kurumsal jolly ets gibi turlardan aliniz.beni inanilmaz magdur ettiler.3 lira fazla verin jolly turdan aliniz. Rox royal otelde sakin konaklamayin.otelde hotels.com da sizi magdur eder.

Das ist für das Geld ok, aber das ist nie und nimmer 5 Sternen Hotel, eher 3 Sterne Hotel.

Yemekler hizmet temizlik gayet güzel konumu çok çok iyi. Plajı denizi havuzu animasyonları gayet başarılı ala carte restorantı olmaması iyi olmamış. Kötü yorumları okudum beklentimi yükseltmedim ama beklediğimden çok çok daha başarılı çıktı.

Temizlik ve personel iyiydi. Alkoller vasat alkolsüz içecekler iyi. Denizi çok kalabalık şezlonglardan yürünmüyor. Birde insanlar kullanmadıkları şezlonglara havlu bırakıyor. Animasyon ekibi ve shovlar başarılı.
