Greene King really need to spend some money here. The pub and restaurant downstairs are very nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful but the room is so, so tired. That was most apparent in the bathroom, which was very small, dark and the toilet leaked a little.

Great location.

The staff were friendly, kind and professional from management to cleaners. They make this place work. The downside, for me was the poor wifi. It was important to me and lets the place down. I will return here despite this, because of the people.

The rooms are dated, the bathroom was in need of upgrade or just basic maintenance, the shower curtain needed replacing, it smelt damp and made the whole room smell. For where the hotel is, it did not suit it's surroundings, the pub downstairs was kept in good order but the breakfast was lacking in flavor and the bean portion was worse than Wetherspoons.

Plenty of outdoor space, many many tables. The rooms had lots of space and were fairly modern. Little things could have made it better, there were no plugs for charging by the bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay upright. Other than that, it was good value

This was a really lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! We hope to return for a longer stay as Alderley Edge is a beautiful village that needs exploring.

In a pleasant area & convenient for my requirements. The room was past its best & a little shabby, although the shower etc worked fine.

Plenty of parking dpace and the staff were very friendly.

Enjoyable , good food and friendly staff

Very noisy, loud music and partying below my room until 1 am, couldn’t sleep. Didn’t expect anything like that on a midweek stay. Music started again at 7 am! Poor mattress. Room furniture, carpets, heating all very run down. Poor value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely recommend ot to our friends and family when we get back home to Canada.

Rooms are a bit tired. Menu has lots of variety, food is good. Staff are very friendly.
