The hotel staff was very friendly. However, the room cleanliness could be improved. There were grains of sand on the mattress, so it needed to be cleaned first. At least there were tissues in the toilet.

The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The accommodation is quite good for just sleeping, although the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom still needs to be improved.

The hotel staff is super friendly, the place is comfortable, quiet, and the rooms are clean. I definitely recommend staying here. Next time I'm in Bandung, I'll definitely stay here. 😇

Friendly staff, clean room, cold AC, nice hot water, calm atmosphere, motorbike parking is available, even cars are enough, so far it's comfortable to stay here... You can find lots of food just by walking a little outside, you can cook if it's just instant noodles or something light because there's a public kitchen, overall it's comfortable, it's nice to stay at SM Residence Pasteur 👍

Pay a lot, jasmine class facilities are still better. Pay with breakfast, when at the location there is none.
