Wonderful staff very attentive and welcoming , great service

Great entertainment, kids club was truly amazing with excellent care and fun. Pools beach were great. Food options in the buffet were fantastic. And the best hair saloon you can ever wish for with best hair stylist- I highly recommend trying hair saloon, pedicure. We liked the Hammam spa with the bath and massage. The girls in guest service were nice. Few things we did not like: - old outdated rooms, - horrible mold in showers. - you get only 1 x during stay Ala cart restaurant and they are hard to book,, -the reception staff was not very helpful and did not make you feel special upon arrival plus they spoke very limited English.

Wow, this is best holiday I have ever been I give everything out of 10. From the pools, everyday activities, night activities, location next to the beach, spa . All the staff I came across were amazing. I can’t not say anything negative about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is thinner pillows esp for kids rather than that everything else perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to book this . It’s a 3 in 1 hotel which is amazing. Thank you Selin. We enjoyed our holiday

Best hotel in the region!

Velvety clean , nice staffs, good pool and beach area

Hotel in general is super clean. Great selection of food. Great to have a cafe also to get a nice coffee in the mornings. The only problem i had was the noise. There was some sort of a soccer tournament on and there was so many children about which created noise early in the morning and late at night. It was very annoying at meal times because they all came together which created chaos and lots of children running around. It wasn't so nice when your a couple looking to rest for a couple of days. From talking with other guests they seem to have had the same experience. We did report it and they gave us another room. Staff are very accommodating to your needs which is nice. Pool area is nice withnplenty of beds for everyone and entertainment is spot on. In general the hotel is excellent but the noise level was super annoying for us. I probably would come back again but i would ask firstly if there was a kids tournament booked in. Really during food serving times that many children should have there own room for dining and not be put in with other paying guests. This is a hotel not a crèche and people pay good money for some peace and quiet. Other than this i had no issues at all.
