Amazing/one-off place, fantastic staff and reasonably priced. Only downside was the pool wasn’t open but other than that highly recommended.

A relaxing and special place to stay . We had a lovely time the food was excellent as were the staff I would recommend staying here if you want a romantic night away or if you have children wanting to stay in a real castle. Also the wine is excellent If you are going to Salamanca or Zamora stay here a gem in the countryside.

A real castle, with many original features and amazing paintings, tapestries, furniture and overall feel. A must visit for travellers to Salamanca.

Great to chill out, pool looked great many using it, super parking and charging stations. Great breakfast and good staff.

Just a brilliant hotel, great food, great location, excellent pool, a would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a brilliant time a great room this is an 11 out of 10 hotel and experience. Do explore the gardens, taste the wine and book in for an evening meal. It was the best meal we had in Spain by a long way and the chef is excellent.

Such a beautiful location and a dream come true. Our room was beautiful with a beautiful bathroom. The food was delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting and the facilities for the dogs were amazing. Unfortunately the weather was very cold and damp while we were there so we didn’t get to explore as much as we would have liked

Amazing hotel in beautiful surroundings. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. My husband fell very unwell during dinner and the staff were so helpful in getting him back to our room and did their best to ensure his well-being. We would love to come back and finish the dinner we started!!

This is my second time staying in the castle, and I had a wonderful time! It is such a relaxing getaway. The service, history, accommodations, and relaxing location all make it super special.

Such a magical place to say. We stayed in the medieval part of the castle and it was wonderful. Large room and very large bathroom. Plenty of closet storage space. The wifi worked well in both the castle and the room. The castle lounges and rooms are decorated well with comfortable seating and antiques. The service at the cocktail bar was friendly and very good. Really nice breakfast with lots of options and the restaurant on site has excellent food. Really a wonderful experience.

This castle hotel is superior in every way! The service, accommodations, food, and quiet country location made this the dream vacation. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while dining and resting in a spectacular setting.

I have stayed there twice as a stopover en route to France , just full of character and charm , staff are excellent and very welcoming, lovely grounds to walk our dogs , parking ample and easy and free . Bonus is if you see the horses and donkeys in the meadow , will absolutely stay here again
