Convenient transportation, close to shopping malls, friendly staff

The receptionist was attentive and I would like the cleaning staff to reduce their conversation while cleaning the room.

There was loud music from a shop next to the hotel all night long. The bathroom was narrow, the materials looked old, and the room had a musty smell and no pleasant smell.

The bathroom have a bad odor, and there 's no wifi. I cannot connect to it. There 's no toothpaste and soap as well. Not complete.

The room has a very bad cigarette smell. Like not cleaning, just storing things and opening for new customers When told to clean it is like no friend.

We booked this hotel a couple of times. Location is near Fashion Island shopping mall (fun place). For our first visit we were given “probably” the worst room available. Very noisy, as it was near a very busy road. We didn’t have hot water for the shower. They sent a “technician” to the room - by turning the flow of water in the shower down to a dribble, he thought that was great. After a little work on my part, I found the on demand hot water heater. It was turned to low. I don’t think he even knew where it was located. Upon requesting another room, the answer was no because we booked through agent and not them. The people partying in the open (no doors/ open air) eating area were easily heard by everyone. The only reason we booked this hotel is because our flight arrived in Bangkok after midnight. So, if you have made it this far on my review I think you can guess we will not stay at this hotel again.
