Reception speaks English barely. Located in the outskirts of Penafiel. Restsurant was closed for dinner. Spa costs 25€ per person!!! No guest used it. Expensive, not VFM.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and kind. We absolutely enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The room was big, clean, the bathroom also was big. The restaurant was amazing! Excellent food, we tried a new menu and the combinations and ingredients were perfect! We are looking forward for our next stay here. It is located in Aldeayuso, near Peñafiel, were the wine bodegas ar located. In Peñafiel, we founf the most kind and lovely people! You have to come here. A magical stay!

Convenient location for visit to wineries. It could use more external signage; specially at night, so it can be located easier

The only issue with this hotel was the lack of an appropriate A/C. Other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 all around

We’ve been to 5 different hotels in Spain on this current trip, all 3 and 4 stars, and La Vida was the best.

Great rural hotel in teensy tiny town in the Ribera del Duero region. Gorgeous facilities and very comfy. Good breakfast too! Beware some of the wine tastings they set up for you are charged later (they didn't tell us in advance, a bit frustrating — although they were all great!)

My first reaction when I saw the hotel from far away was not good. I thought it was going to be a "cheap" kind of hotel but once it opens the door I was wow! The hotel is in great condition, the manager was great, very helpful. Overall it was a very nice experience. If ever get back to Madrid I will definitely plan a retreat in this place. Highly recommended!

Large and comfortable room but missing a working chair. Bathroom is also very comfortable. Good Wifi. Breakfast is very good and cost EUR 7,00. Although the hotel does not have a parking lot, there are plenty parking spaces at the front and side of the hotel. A car is needed, there is nothing to do in a walking distance.

Wow, what a gem of a place in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of everything in Ribera del Duero country. Staff was equally as great, knowledgeable and very helpful! One of our best stays, recommend this place.

This hotel is located in a tiny village. From the road there is no indication a modern hotel is there, other than a small direction sign. We were warmly greeted and given a pleasant, clean room. We only stayed one night and didn't take advantage of any of the facilities other than the dining room, but clearly there were areas for spa treatments and wine tasting. Ah, that wonderful Spanish wine. he tasteful décor was modern, with the fascinating exception of a huge old wine press.
