Good value for money and tidy. Reception staff could learn to be more customer responsive and less prejudiced

Hotel staff was very friendly. Snacks seemed to be leftover from breakfast which was a bit unusual as I thought it would be actual snacks. If that could be improved that would be great. But anything else was perfect. Especially the cleaners the lady who cleaned our room she was an amazing hard worker and made sure our room was perfectly tidy. She deserves a promotion.

The hotel needs renovation and the buffet needs a better logistics. The staff is really friendly and that’s what saved my experience at this place.

Overall it was a quite disappointing experience. Very dirty shower and not clean room at all. Some things like AC did not work properly and there was no parking as they claimed. The receptionist at the check in was not nice. On the plus side it was totally fine food with nice paella, nice rooftop bar and other service was nice!

The property was beautiful but the food was horrendous

Hotel is basic and you get what you pay for; clean and tidy but some signs of wear and tear. It is relatively quiet compared to other parts of town but definitely a drinking and party venue; we had a random footprint on the ceiling of the room. Food is reasonable, lots of fresh fruit but all meals are mass produced and a but bland. Downside is pools are only open between 10am and 6pm and are much smaller than photos present.

Staff were very helpful and the food was good. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are comfortable for a short break. Staff are friendly and food is ok there are options. The only thing to let the hotel down is the type of guests that stay there - the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. A lot of party goers stay here and bring the party back to the hotel rooms playing loud music and shouting at early hours of the morning and the hotel doesn’t do anything to control or prevent this. Would recommend for a short break but not if you want peace and quiet

Very noisy, doors slamming through night and loud talking in the corridors. Had specified for a quiet room yet allocated just 2nd floor on a very noisy street locals talking outside all hours and must be a school nearby by so 8am awoken by lots school children. Main light in bedroom flickered terribly couldn't use as did table lamp. Anyone with walking difficulties would struggle as although not too far from main promenade it is on a steep hill set in the secluded back streets.

Reasonably priced. Half refurbished rooms but clean and comfortable. Food fine, not loads of choice but we always found something we liked. Pool area a bit grotty especially the roof pool. Short walk to beach, shops etc.Tea/coffee facilities would be nice in rooms as you can't always get drinks unless dining room open.All in all good value as was reasonable priced for our 5 day stay.

We were a group of 7 and we booked two double rooms and a double room with an extra bed, all with sea view and breakfast/dinner included (half board). The double rooms were ok, decent size with a refurbished bathroom. However the double room with an extra bed had a very small bathroom in bad condition compared to the other two rooms. Nevertheless, the manager was kind enough to provide another room with a refurbished bathroom and included free drinks (which apparently are not part of the half board deal. Extra 1.50 per person). The view from the balcon was nice and the food basic nothing fancy. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and public transport. What surprised us was amount of elderly people present at the hotel, this mean that we have to be quiet in the evenings and this was a downfall giving that we were a group of young adults (20-24).

Having read some negative reviews about the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel more than adequate. A little dated, but fine for a week just chilling. In an ideal position for the beach, just a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and worked very hard. Food was edible but a bit lacking in variety. People who complain about lack of facilities should read the hotel information before booking and accept that if you want 5 star facilities you have to pay 5 star prices.

Everything was OK,old hotel,small room.good location.

This was supposed to be a holiday with my daughters but I felt that I had let them down with my choice of hotel. Definitely not what it says on the web site ..... Never again !!! Drunken loutish behaviour every night and this was tolerated by the staff with no consideration given to other guests.

Für einen Malle Trip mit Freunden, nur zum schlafen, absolut ausreichend. Dafür würden wir wieder kommen.

I did not find the reception lady very welcoming, next day staff was awesome in comparison. Very clean room, however would not recommend for all inclusive experience type of holiday, as B&B it is great.

Das Hotel ist okay aber mehr auch nicht. Personal ist super nett. Sauberkeit ist zu wünschen, leider mit vielen langen haaren im Bett obwohl es gereinigt wurde. Das Essen ist eintönig und fische lastig , als Veganer oder Veganer hatt man nicht viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist in die Tage gekommen. Zum nur schlafen ist es vollkommen ok

The sky bar was great and view was amazing. The bar did not open on time ja employee there was not a customer service person, he wasn’t even there. The others employee were friendly ja the service was good. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel was otherwise clean. Lifequard was attentive in his work and took care of the cleanlines. Food was good, sometimes it was lukewarm. Location was excellend. Breakfast could have more fresh fruits. It was sad to see how some one of the hotels customers hoarded food ja left it uneaten. Our room was on the eight floor and the balcony sloped toward the street so it didn’t feel save. I could come to the hotel again. See you.
