Don’t recommend this place if you are clean and organised The apartment is not clean, there are hair on the beds and it is not cleaned after customers.

The room was ready for us when we arrived, and it was comfortable to sleep in the bed. The smell of the cleaning agent was overpowering, and once it faded (after we opened the window for a while) it was very musty. The rest of our stay, each time we walked into the room there was a strong scent of must and mildew, which we noticed was coming from the bathroom. The shower is in desperate need of a deep clean and recaulking, and the air vent in that room was dusty. There was also wallpaper peeling with mildew growing underneath and around it in the bathroom. Definitely the economy option for staying in the Niagara Falls, NY area. Not bad for breakfast, the muffins were pretty good - the waffle machine made some yummy waffles, but there is only one, so if theres a big group, then the wait can be pretty long. Overall, not bad, but definitely not good if you're sensitive to mold and mildew.

There was no way to get coffee after breakfast. They turn the coffee dispenser off and takes the cups away and there wasn’t coffee maker and/or microwave at the room what is weird for today’s hotels standards. Bedding was ok

Bed confort was good, food didn’t have time to eat

The owners are very rude and unhelpful please review comments from another’s hosts reviews, are available in google all of them for same reason owners behavior

Only 2 good things about the property are cleanliness ans location. Breakfast is pathetic and is for namesake and only has breads, muffins and waffel. Owners especially the lad is a weired psycho. Can shout on anyone for no reason.

Decent stay in spite of old building, not too far from falls.

Breakfast was good also very close to niagra falls usa side and Canada side very friendly owner only bad thing is the guy name Steve little rude other then that everything was good I recommend to friends n family

The continental breakfast was really good. Lack of elevator made it difficult to carry stuff to 2nd floor. Otherwise, had a pleasant stay.

Didn't access food, lines too long. Did like coffee availability. Bed very comfortable except for pillows, next time we'll bring our own.
