We reserved a room about 4 hours before our arrival after a long day of driving. When we arrived, we were first told that there were no rooms available - even with a confirmation. Then witnessed a weird and unprofessional front desk discussion between employees. Finally resolved by one employee physically verifying the room was clean and available. All told about a 15 minute wait after a very long day of driving. Then we were told we could eat any snacks in the room - complimentary because of our wait. There were 2 water bottles, lol. Think they were already complimentary. Thanks! Overall, the place was clean, quiet and in a great location - just need to work on their guest reception.
