Amazing

Excellent stay, staff are so polite and welcoming. Help was given whenever we needed. Especially Emma at front desk she was just wonderful. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.

High class hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel itself is nice. The reception and concierge staff very nice however when you get to the housekeeping that’s a whole different story. More like a 3 star hotel cleaning, complained many many times but not much improvement .. actually the housekeeping manager smiles when you complain.. stayed for almost a month.. and the breakfast is definitely not 5 star. Don’t have high expectation.. for apology all we got was ( sorry) and a glass of cheap proseco.

We reserved interconnecting rooms for our family of four, including two toddlers, expecting a comfortable and smooth experience. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that none of the TVs were working due to an unresolved system issue—something we were never told in advance. The situation quickly worsened when we discovered that the thermostat in the kids’ room was malfunctioning, keeping the temperature locked at an uncomfortably cold 60°F. Despite informing the front desk, we were told there were no available interconnecting rooms to move to. As a result, our toddlers had to sleep in our bed, which made it extremely difficult to manage rest, space, and our overall comfort. Adding to the frustration, we used the hotel’s laundry service multiple times, only to have three items go missing. After repeated follow-ups, the clothes were located and returned—but only two days later, which was both inconvenient and unnecessary stress during our limited vacation time. On top of that, when ordering room service on two separate occasions, the staff member delivering our food insisted that we tip in cash, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience in what should have been a relaxing setting. Altogether, these issues disrupted our stay, added unnecessary stress to our family trip, and significantly diminished the quality of our vacation. We expected a much higher level of service and reliability, especially considering the price point and the reputation of the hotel.

Modern five star hotel with friendly staff. We arrived early and the young woman at the front desk checked us in quickly and allowed us to head to our rooms prior to our check in time as our rooms were ready. This was a huge help as it allowed us to settle in and spend more time in Milan.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. I would 10 out of 10 recommend. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! This was my second time staying at ME Milan and the service and experience just keeps getting better!

The concierge Simon was great and very helpful , though the room service staff and ladies at the check in desk were very rude . I would not stay at this property again due to the staff .

Amazing hotel and excellent service.

I had a perfect stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make everything comfortable—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! I don’t remember her name but the girl at the reception for check in was beyond sweet and nice! Book this hotel!

Modern building--- good. Nice size suite with very comfortable bed. Very good and accommodative hotel staff. Convenient to many areas and shops.

Beautiful but due to room explaination i mistakenly booked 4 rooms. Should have the option to book each type room needed room 1 king and room 2 two doubles. Paid twice as much as i needed to

From the moment we arrived at ME Malta, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed.

Was unaware of air conditioning laws prohibiting the use of A/C until May. At night, even with windows open I would wake up drenched in sweat. The hotel staff brought in a fan and got approval to turn off the heater but it did nit help the situation. The breakfast were delicious, room service was spectacular, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay after May. 😊
