At first, I was quite worried when I read some bad reviews about this place, but when I arrived, everything was fine, there was nothing to complain about. My family decided to go on a weekend getaway, so we chose this resort instead of other hotels in the more crowded area on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street. The scenery here is very beautiful, cool and fresh, the beach is beautiful and quite wild. The food at the resort's restaurant is cheaper than outside and quite delicious, if you don't have a need for fancy food, you should eat at the resort for convenience. If you want to go sightseeing around here, you should rent a motorbike (150k/1 day) or you can book a jeep tour service right at the reception (about 600k/day). You should visit the windmill, try sandboarding and try coconut ice cream on the beach. If you want to rest and heal, this is a good choice.

The hotel is so bad from the entrance to the elevator lobby and the room, everything is unhygienic and not cleaned, the room is still dirty, in general it's bad, the beach is full of trash, the food is simple and nothing new compared to a 4 star hotel, it's terrible. The price is quite expensive but the service is poor.

Old hotel, welcome drink is 2 plastic cups, security guard stands and watches, no luggage for guests, staff leads guests to room then turns away, bathroom water leaks outside, balcony door is old, landscape is desolate, bad, old furniture, ugly 1 *

This is the first time I came to this resort, the space is spacious, good for relaxation, the staff is very happy and enthusiastic. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. Reasonable price.

Friendly staff. But I would like to suggest the hotel to add some amenities in the room. First of all, there is no iron in the room, although I know there is a laundry service but the wait will be longer, I think it would be more convenient if there was a small iron in the room. And my girlfriend complained about the bathroom not having conditioner, making her hair dry after showering (especially after coming up from the pool and showering again). Moving around is quite difficult, the parking lot is on a slope so when driving a motorbike in, it will be a bit difficult to lead it out. The space is ok, the breakfast buffet has few dishes but still ensures the taste. The restaurant's dishes are also quite small, the price is ok but because this area is far from the center, I think it would be better if there were more seafood dishes or specialties of Phan Thiet

hotel was clean, stuff was friendly but there is a big construction side around the hotel, there is a big balcony without furniture to sit on it and nobody was in the hotel i was completly alone, this is not bad but was kinda creepy

Clean rooms, friendly staff, location a bit far from Nguyen Dinh Chieu but quiet and healing. Will support the resort again in the near future. Has private beach and private lifeguard.

Description says it has a bathtub but it's actually just a shower.

There is a private beach and a very cheap menu The resort is old so the rooms are not like new resorts. But I think it's good. Walking to the beach, the beach has staff to clean the trash and it's not as dirty as the center. There are 3 private and large swimming pools: children, 1m8 and 1m5, families with small children should watch. The bungalow I stayed in was clean and airy, the design was a bit strange because as soon as I entered, there was a toilet 😂. I stayed here for 1 night and liked it better than at Centara. Depends on the person

Check in takes a long time. Horrible. Dirty, terrible facilities, calling to fix anything takes hours or is ignored. I was fooled by the pictures and the 4 stars.

Mr. bellman was very enthusiastic. And unfortunately that is the only thing I am satisfied with about the hotel. Really, I expect a lot from the resort to end my 5-day vacation. However, what I got in return is that the beach is very dirty and almost impossible to swim. Swimming pool has broken bricks, dirty and old. Pool loungers have pins as pictured. Scratch my hands and feet. As for the bedroom… haiz. I don't use any hotel towels. But towels like the picture are not acceptable. Breakfast has a few dishes and almost no seasoning. The restaurant staff is okay…. The elevator is old and the lights are flashing and it makes me think I'm watching a movie. Can't wait to go in again. Scary. There's no parking or I don't know. You have to park right on the slope. Pulling the handbrake to slide the car has to take the stone to block the wheel. However, the hotel campus has a cool and clean space. Except for the restaurant department, from the security guard, the reception is ok. Bellman seems the best. I looked at the reviews on google map, and I comforted myself that the hotel is not so bad. But in fact, I see that most people's comments are correct. Hope the hotel can fix it better. Well, near the resort, there is a muinehub cafe with many delicious varieties and reasonable prices. You can book grabfood to the resort for cheap.

Good services, staffs are very nice. I will back on next time.
