Initially, I was really excited to stay here. When I checked in, the receptionists were friendly. I didn't get a double bed, but I asked for a single bed because I was alone. I also noted that I wasn't accepting any guests. I was shocked when at 10 pm someone opened the door with access and entered the room. The person got the key from the receptionists, only because the person mentioned my name and phone number even though I didn't know them at all and there was no confirmation from the receptionists whether they were allowed to access my room or not. I really didn't think twice, luckily I hadn't slept yet, I don't know if I had slept and then a stranger would have come in 😭. It was that scary.

All good, until saturday morning there's a childrens whos's running from hall to hall and knocking all doors, and laughing so hard. It's just unethical in a hotel. Wondering where's their parents. Other then that, it's all good.

Cool. View of Mount Salak and Mount Gede Pangrango. Close to Cukring Viral. Lots of legendary snacks and food around the hotel. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

101 Surken is definitely a very strategic location, suitable for those who want to take a morning walk in the Botanical Gardens, enjoy culinary delights, or visit museums. I will return here if I stay in Bogor.

This was our first time staying at The 101 Bogor Suryakencana Hotel. Our first impression was that check-in was very quick, and we were assisted by a member of staff named Mr. Billy. There were children's activities on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and breakfast was also delicious.

Please fix the security guard, how can he ride a motorbike to deliver goods to the dropoff, even though the other staff are friendly, only one security guard is not friendly. The rest are friendly. Can you fix this?
