Room clean .staff was wonderful

Every visit is always wonderful. The staff at the front knows me by name and he treats me almost like royalty. Although to be honest, I think they treat everybody like that. The restaurant food is delicious and the pool is leaps and bounds a bunch of any other pool in this city.

Second time we've stayed here. The restaurant is convenient. Free breakfast was good. The pool is lovely. Good place for dogs overnight. We will come again.

We are driving from Mazatlan to the Nogales-Mariposa crossing. Yesterday we arrived at the Best Western Hotel del Rio in Navojoa. We’ve stayed here since 2007 on our driving trips to/from Mazatlan. Good and nice

I love this hotel but this time there was a party and a bunch of people double and as a result I had to squeeze into a small space. Could hardly get out the car…

Comfortable clean safe room. Only issue was the staff did not show up for the breakfast in time so we left without the complimentary breakfast.

Wonderful stay.

This was a first for us at the Del Rio we were very disappointed. We normally stay here every year going to and from Nayarit. This time our room was not ready, the pool was not cleaned while we were there. We went for dinner and they had no red wine and only miniature bottles of white ( a total of four was all they had there was eight of us for dinner) In the morning we waited over an hour after ordering breakfast and it never came. Not even our coffee or juice. We ended up leaving. Not sure this will be a future stop for us as they are letting their standards slip.

Room did not have towels had call front desk to get them. Restaurant wasn’t open when it was scheduled to be open.

Great restaurant on site! Very easy to find with English speaking staff at check in. Will stay here again!!!!
