Stuff are super friendly and helpful but property required a huge maintenance work specifically AC and bathroom as well very poor hotel supplies

In the heart of hamra across the street from AUB. Clean, new, walkable, parking underground.

First time to stay in the hotel and didn’t expect too much. But the room and service both are very satisfying. Staffs are friendly too.

The room was spacious but it wasn’t so nice. Value for money is not great, I’ve been to cheaper hotels with better overall experience in Beirut

Stayed here for two nights with family. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great location. Close to shopping and dining. Felt safe. Must stay here.

The only good thing about this hotel was the one of the ladies at the reception, The other 3 were rude and unprofessional. My fridge didn’t work and i asked for help 5 times in 2 days in a 3 night visit u until they fixed it. Well actually they had to replace it because they put one that wasnt working. The staff watched us struggle with our bags and didn’t move a muscle. The shower gel and soap were near empty when i got the room and when i asked they said its fine its not empty yet! Coffee packets were not replaced regurly until you ask. They have a bar and when i asked for a wine opener they said sorry the bar is closed! They dont help in anyway and it was a very bad experience and i will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

highly recommend - would stay here again. Room was good, location is ideal in Hamra. Staff are super helpful with printing, organising Covid tests etc. Room is clean, modern and great value for money.

The hotel and kindness of the manager were fine, but I was in a room with it bin in the bathroom was empty of another guess and asked for usual service with charges about it I needed a ticket of proof and never they gave me..... The general condition of the hotel are very good

The hotel so clean and quiet and location was so great , just few minutes walk to Al hamra street , staff were very friendly , and cooperative especially Miss Rita the receptiones which i should thank her for her kindness and extra politness with us

I truly enjoyed my 4 night stay at this property. The location is fantastic and very safe. The staff go above and beyond. The rooftop bar & restaurant is super nice.

Nice hotel, clean room, very spacious and modern. Staff was friendly and respectful. My only wish was to have a better view but since a new building went up, they lost a full ocean view. Many restaurants and shopping that are just a walking distance, even coffee ahops. We will stay there again.

The staff were friendly specially Wael and Samah were always smiling and ready to assist. Islam the helper was excellent and Ahmed who handled the parking was excellent and very helpful. However there is a lady at the reception who could be more helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were not sound proof and very noisy. Door slamming in the night. The worst part was Breakfast. Horrendous to say the least, 2-3 items at the max and has nothing to do with a typical Lebanese breakfast. The guys working at the breakfast are rude to say the least.
