Great service, clean room and good comfort

Rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff were all really nice and professional (including the front desk guys, bar staff, and room service person). I had just come from two Meliá properties in São Paulo and Brasília, and the Hotel Deville beat them both. The only feedback I would offer is the showers don’t seem to be as updated as the rest of the space.

I thought that the property was great for visitors. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating (especially with me being a foreigner). I think the staff went above and beyond for me. Their restaurant made incredible food. The pool area was great for relaxing, and there are plenty of amenities for guests. I would recommend this place to any visitors to Campo Grande.

After 2 weeks of camping and more rustic stays, i thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of this hotel. Breakfast is a top notch wonderland of anything you could want to eat. I will always stay here if I am lucky enough to find myself in Campo Grande again!

After a long drive through the Brazilian wilderness, it was a pleasure to arrive here and be greeted by such warm and friendly faces in such a beautiful and clean environment. We had a delicious dinner and had a beautiful night sleep, and their cleaning and contemporary room in the morning the shower was perfect strong and warm, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. Would definitely come and say again next time in Campo Grande.

This is your typical Marriott equivalent hotel, but is the best hotel in Campo Grade. A bit far from the airport but there is a nice park across the street, a number of nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is ok. The best thing is the most friendly and helpful English speaking front desk staff.

The staff always Amazing . Samuel was our staff check in . He is great friendly and respectful. I wish all around Campo Grande like him . The gentleman took our luggage’s upstairs very gentil and also took our car to the parking lot . Great service at Deville .unfortunately they all booked for weeks here . We would love spend more days here , because this this will be long . 3 Months .So because they didn’t have anymore rooms we will be at another place after here . Love this place . Amazing . I saw a lot changes . New employees. Very different, but still great .

The staff at this hotel is incredible! Guilherme, Gustavo, Dénia.and so many more people in the restaurant and bar are AWESOME! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
