Used to be one of the trendiest in Samarinda. now has gone old, mouldy, bad, dark, and not maintained at all. not recommended to stay in at all.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, easy to reach, the prices are affordable, especially it is very suitable for holidays with family.

The card-access system for our room on the 6th floor had issues after initial check-in, and the door wouldn't open. Since there was no staff member present, I went back down to reception and was asked to go back up to wait for the staff member in front of my room. The staff member took quite a while to arrive and fix the door. When I tried breakfast around 8 a.m., some of the items were out of stock and not refilled, so the options were limited.

, the bathroom in the bathroom the drain was clogged, and usually in 3 or 5 star hotels like this, towels are provided at the swimming pool, so I got down from the room without bringing a towel for swimming, after swimming to the shower room the shower water was off, the toilet smelled a lot of stagnant water was clogged. I wanted to go to the room with my 2 year old daughter, whether she wanted to or not she had to be naked because there was no towel and she wanted to take a shower in the shower room but the water was off, eh when I brought my daughter naked I was reprimanded by a staff member who said unfriendly, "Can you cover your child, ma'am?", even though it's okay to say "don't be like someone who starts a fight. My child was cold so maybe I took off her wet swimsuit, even if there was a towel I definitely wouldn't let my child be naked.

We happened to stay in the Suite Type. It turned out that there were 2 bathrooms and each was equipped with 2 toiletries, so a total of 4 people could use it. There was also a Yakuzi bathtub, we were satisfied and there was welcome fruit and 2 bottles of mineral water. Highly recommended, only there was no mineral water in the room and there was no water dispenser in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Always a family favorite hotel every time we go to Samarinda, the location is in the city center, the rooms are also great and the AC is cold, soundproof and not noisy, the TV is now a smart TV that can connect to YouTube and Netflix

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and comfortable, the swimming pool is spacious, but unfortunately the wifi is slow, the TV is even Android but it can't connect to the wifi, we are the ones staying here using our own data package to watch TV. I've called them but no one came to fix it. They said there was a problem, but even after checking out, the TV still didn't work... big hotels are known to many people, please improve their wifi network so people will feel more at home if the TV is just for decoration, it's a shame
