The place is quite spacious. Some rooms have a glass bathroom wall that opens into the bedroom.

The room is not soundproof, it is very noisy, especially at night.

The hotel staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room amenities were complete and excellent.

Overall, everything is fine, from the staff, security, etc. But there are some things that need improvement, for example, the food. I ordered oxtail fried rice for 80,000 rupiah, then it became 96,000 rupiah, plus service. But the meat I got was terrible. It was very small and minimal, like the one I photographed. And the taste was pretty ordinary. Then there's the AC. It's not cold at all. Then there's the back of the bed. Yesterday, I found quite a lot of handprints, which I probably missed cleaning. Then there's the TV. I watched it until I got angry because the TV was so slow and the channels were so slow. For Aston, please improve it in the future. Oh yeah, and the walls are made of plywood, huh? I just found a room with plywood walls. I stayed at Aston Simatupang, the walls are not like the ones at Aston Cimone. Sorry about that.

Didn't expect to be able to smoke in the lobby

I just learned that Hotel Nelayan has now been officially acquired by Aston. The staff were very friendly and provided a pleasant stay. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the bathrooms could be equipped with additional towel hangers for more convenience. Overall, my stay was very satisfying and exceptional.

The water in the bathroom was very hot, so I didn't take a shower from check-in to check-out. The staff's response was very slow. I've reported my complaint three times, but there's still no response until check-out.

Service ok. Food ok. Overall good.

The hotel staff was really cool, they suddenly said that it was my adoptive mother's birthday, they immediately made mirror art and gave me a cake the next day.

This hotel has improved quite a bit compared to its previous stay. I stayed here again today, but the food was lacking in flavor. The variety was okay, but I found the corn to be sour, the white rice dry, and the check-in process was slow. Everything was fine in my previous stays.
