The resort was amazing! The facilities were well maintained. The staff was always courteous and, friendly, and helpful.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Dreammore.

Camp Dollywood is simply amazing made my son who is normally shy feel safe and a part of everything. Smores each night was something my son and the whole family enjoyed already looking into going back next summer

Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. You get complimentary basic time saver tickets to the Dollywood park when u stay here.. it dismt seem to have been mentioned on the Expedia description. Rooms are okay. Fits a family of 5. One king bed, bunk bed and a small couch. Fridge. Dafe. Coffee machine. Free parking. Free Shuttle to the park.close to downtown. Pool. Breakfast buffett for a price.

Overall it was a positive experience. Easy access to dollywood and gatlinburg. The staff at the resort were hit or miss. Our room was never properly cleaned. At one point, we were given a towel with hair on it. Some mornings, we weren't given our coffee and breakfast.Although we did pay for it. And it was, yeah, a birthday from one of us which we mentioned and they said they would do something, and they did not.

Great property very clean and everyone very helpful and friendly

It was convenient to the attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel and outdoor space was very charming. We had a great time and have recommended the resort to many friends.

We did not get to use our reservation as I had an accident and had to go in for back surgery. I wanted to reschedule and they said they could not reschedule after posting on their website that it was fully refundable or I could reschedule by the 15th. I called in on the 15th and the little guy said That I would have to talk to Dolly’s dream Moore hotel but they said I would have to talk to hotels.com so I was bounced from one place to another and then they said I could not be refunded my money. I’m very disappointed as though my money is hard to come by and that was Nearly $1000 just for the weekend for a short honeymoon for my husband and I.

Beautiful, clean

Nothing but good to say as we’ve stayed here before. I would say the buffet is nothing to brag about and way over priced. Family of four cost $180.

The lodge is great for a family stay. One adult and 2 children stayed together in a family suite. Beds were all comfortable. Really appreciated the friendliness of the resort and shuttle convenience to the parks.

Excellent place! We loved our room with view of firework and drone show in the park. Comfortable bed, delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner, amazing service.

The bellman were very hospitable. The food was delicious on site (pizza and honey chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries). Loved pool area. Enjoying our stay.

Great property, quiet and tons of activities available. On site restaurant was not very good, and was expensive. Small spa, but wonderful people!
