First time visitor to Majorca I search the Internet for quite some time. I found a Melbeach hotel and I’m so happy I did beautiful spot. Great service, lovely people.

Great stay. The only thing that disappointed was the pool. Its so close to the restaurant it feels like there is no privacy.

A couple of issues on arrival: - Room booking “superior sea view room with queen bed” was in fact two narrow single beds pushed together. My wife and I had to mind the precarious gap each night. - There is in fact no parking reserved for guests, despite the hotel’s website and other booking sites stating it has a parking garage. When I mentioned this to the receptionist the explanation was that due to a problem the parking garage is no longer available and the website hadn’t been updated yet. So parking became a bit of an inconvenience for us as there are only about six parking spaces in front of the hotel (which were often already taken), and the other parking is on the surrounding streets. So we often had the circle the one way system that goes past the hotel, looking for a space, and a couple of times had the park some distance away. - When placing my booking I messaged the hotel with a specific request concerning the room. Although the request was acknowledged at the time, when we arrived we found it hadn’t been met. While these issues were irritations, they didn’t ruin our stay entirely and the hotel’s positive points helped – - The hotel’s location is it’s main selling point, a stone’s throw from the sea it provides excellent views. - The breakfast is very good with a reasonable variety to choose from in terms of eggs cooked to order and buffet selections (some wasps and gnats present though on uncovered food). - The staff are very friendly.

The staff are absolutely amazing so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is also wonderful but our stay was marred by the air conditioning. We complained several times about it not being cold enough and were told that when it reaches the temperature setting it shuts off. We had 4 very uncomfortable nights sleep it was like a sauna in the room. It would put me off staying again.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel pampered and special. The food was excellent in a lovely seaside setting.

A lovely hotel in a great location.The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond in every way. My only criticism would be that the swimming pool is in an odd location and parking can be difficult.

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely position overlooking bay. Good relaxing holiday destination, would recommend hiring a car to get around. Would highly recommend Melbeach Hotel and Spa, as long as you are not including children in your travel plans.

A fantastic chilled out spot for an adults only break. Fantastic food and in a beautiful spot.

At first our room was too small we switched to a larger one with better view of sea and balcony view was more expansive Room Design was beautiful Beach a bit crowded, spa was nice Food great

The area is very quiet so great for a relaxing break - hotel pool, access to beach and restaurant were all great - as was the spa treatment

The hotel was fabulous

Overall room and hotel are outstanding! Outside amenities and beach access were outstanding! Parking is an issue. Extra kudo's to Mr. Mateo!!!

Great hotel, great weekend getaway from London. Food was surprisingly good. Will definitely return.
