Parking was not easy, no extra sink or kitchenette area in our room, which was a suite. Only a desk chair and small plastic chair were in the room other than the beds. We often stay in family suites and this was by far the smallest and most disappointing suite we’ve ever stayed in and for the price we would have

Cosmos restaurant was excellent

Excellent value for the price. Good family type restaurants within walking distance as well as two huge malls close by with an enormous food court. Very big rooms. Comfortable bed, supportive with the right degree of softness. Need a car or public transport to reach the historic areas of the city, but only a short drive and big underground public lots in the city centre. Excellent water pressure and good coffee bar area. Lots of counter space. The only criticism: the shower stall was dangerously slippery with no tub mat or grab bars. it was obvious from the looseness of the shower door handle that it been used as a grab bar. Providing a tub mat would easily remedy this. Otherwise a great three day stay. Would definitely book there on our next visit.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Towels were large and thick. Very Quiet. Parking is limited if you drive anything over 6 ft. We would definitely stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we checked into Hotel Classique, we immediately noticed multiple issues: • Ants crawling on the bed. • The room smelled strongly of mold. • Visible flood damage, with tape literally holding parts of the walls together. • Spiders in the room. • The door lock didn’t work properly. • They provided a playpen for my 3-year-old son that was unusable—stained, broken, and completely unsafe. It was my absolute nightmare of a stay. We had no choice but to remain because there were no other hotels available in the area. Expedia was able to offer me a credit for a future stay since we couldn’t check out, but honestly, I would have much preferred they found us an alternative property because this was terrifying to endure with my child. If you are considering booking here, please think twice. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot, close to the malls and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four. Free parking. Cons: The elevators are pretty old, slow, and they do not function like a regular elevator does. 1 out of 3 elevator is not working during our stay. Parking: Full size SUV cannot park in the underground parking. You have to go around at the back of the hotel and look for a parking.

Star enjoyable. Elevators are a problem and need to be fixed. Foot two days one elevator was out of service with the hotel full.

The location was nice. Walking distance to 3 shopping malls and restaurants. It was nice to have a private patio as very few hotels have them, but there were no chairs. There was a mystery stain on the duvet by our heads and the shower door handle was very loose (could have easily been fixed). 3 small elevators for 11 floors of rooms, long wait times. All in all it was still an ok stay. The place has been running for a long time and it looks tired. The rooms have been updated, but they look bare, or at least ours did. Would we go back? Probably not, as there are so many other choices but it wasn’t bad.

We went outside morning and we came back night and saw the door is open. The person who clean the room left door open. It was very disappointing.
