I'm so happy staying in this hotel, and I will come back again here.

I stayed for one night and overall had a really pleasant experience. The ambiance of the hotel was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt tidy and inviting. Special thanks to the staff, especially Kak Yudhi and Kak Indah, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Their assistance made everything smoother and added a personal touch to the experience.

The staff are all friendly, the hotel is clean, just go downstairs to the SMB mall, and the rooms are all clean, every day there are free snack and drink refills! The view is also given a really good view at night. Really recommended, my son overall happy stay 3 nights at Harris 🫶🏻

Everything is okay, but unfortunately the wifi is difficult.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the food is delicious. It is highly recommended for a staycation because it has direct access to the Sumarracon Bekasi Mall.

Check-in was very pleasant thanks to the very communicative front desk staff, Mr. Lucky. At check-out, the staff were also responsive and helpful. During our stay, there was extra entertainment in the restaurant during breakfast, a typical Harris hotel experience. Our stay there was enjoyable, like a vacation, even though it was just a layover.

Our staycation with my college friends at the Harris Hotel Summarecon Bekasi was truly enjoyable. We took the bundled stay and concert package at a reasonable price. Hopefully, in the future, the Harris Hotel Summarecon Bekasi can come back with a similar package when there are other events at Summarecon Mall Bekasi because it was quite helpful. In addition, the hotel is also strategically located (next to Summarecon Mall Bekasi and there is a direct access door via the Star department store ground floor), the room has a great city view, cool air conditioning, good wifi signal, complete amenities, many and delicious breakfast choices, friendly, fast, and no-fuss staff, and the hotel is clean and fragrant. One thing that might be a little lacking for us is the lighting in the hallway from the elevator to the room which is too dim. Sometimes when walking alone to or from the room to the elevator, it is a bit spooky. My friends and I will definitely come back for a staycation there. Thanks, Harris.

The hotel staff was very friendly when serving customers. A small suggestion would be to provide tissues in the room area. Because yesterday there were no tissues in the room area. Tissues were only available in the bathroom area. Overall, all services and facilities were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
