Great Staff! We loved our stay.

Really helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Can’t fault our room or anything about out stay.

This was unexpected beautiful room! Loved this hotel and room so much! Exceeded my expectations. Was spacious, great vibe, calm, felt authentic.

10:00 am check out time was too early. Bed was comfortable, nice shower but the smart room was just too cramped. Also, hallways outside the hotel room were echoey and extremely noisy. Fellow guests woke us up several times by rolling their luggage down the hall or even just closing doors.

The place was clean and nice inside, the building was ok but old. No microwave to heat food

This hotel felt more like a one or two star property and definitely not worth the price It is very old and only offers the basics an old bed and outdated AC Everything else reminded me of a cheap Motel 6 in the US There is no 24 hour reception which became a serious issue I had an early flight and the front door was locked I almost had to force it open to leave The receptionist showed zero sense of customer service When my wife asked about breakfast she was told it starts at 7am Since we were checking out early the receptionist insisted we pay in advance I agreed but then at almost midnight when I was already in bed for a 5am wake up she called the room saying the card was declined even though I had a confirmation on my app I asked to pay in the morning but she insisted it had to be right then She ran the card again and charged an extra 10 euros by mistake I had to go downstairs to fix it She refunded and charged the correct amount but the whole situation was a mess and felt completely disrespectful as a guest The room had spiders and ants The spa costs 25 euros per hour I tried the sauna but it was not even hot and the jacuzzi water was cold What a joke I would never come back here and I strongly suggest you avoid this place if you want a decent stay

Limpio, ordenado y nuevo, bien mantenido. Desayuno muy completo, variado y nutritivo. Personal muy amable. Ubicacion ideal a 2 cuadras del centro de Olbia lleno de restaurantes y bares. Opcion de parking pago en el frente del hotel. 100% recomendable.

A boutique hotel which could have been exceptional with a little out of the box thinking. For example there was no one using the spa when we left we could have been allowed to have a shower but this wasn’t possible. The ice machine was broken and we bought ice but we felt we inconvenienced them to ask to get it. The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly. The spa facilities were a little steep at €25 pp for 90 mins sharing but we were lucky to have it to ourselves as we were slightly out of peak season. Hotel is well located and quiet. Breakfast was nice and round the corner in another block but easy to find.

Excellent location easy walking distance from bus stop and Main Street restaurants etc staff were extremely helpful room beautiful and breakfast was so good

We had a great stay at Tramas - the highlight was the wonderful reception staff who were kind and knowledgeable and listened to our every (often trivial ) query or question with concern and a prompt solution. Comfortable room, with roomy terrace , close to the town square restaurants and bars but also easy walk to buses to the beach or airport Loved it!!
