The guys were nice, at the front desk… the girl, not nice

The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

Comfortable hotel with good breakfast. No parking at the hotel.

Staff is so nice everywhere in the hotel , the ladies on front desk is so helpful my flight was in the evening the hotel allowed me stay till 2 with no extra charge. Gerlania in the restaurant was super friendly.

Was very pleased to be given a room with a wonderful view of the sea. It's a big hotel and could feel a bit anonymous but the service overall was excellent. The breakfast is good quality and the women who clean the rooms were friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable and spacious. The location in the centre of Boa Viagem is convenient and there are bus links to Centro and Olinda, though the nearest Metro station, which I used to get to the Arena Pernambuco, is quite a walk away!

Quarto não condiz com as fotos apresentadas, chuveiro terrível, água não sai e não esquenta. Banheiro estava sujo de maquiagem. O edredom também estava sujo. O assento do vaso pequeno, qdo senta ele entra pra dentro Ou seja, nossa experiência foi pessima.

Incrível, curta mas incrível, instalações excelentes, vista glamourosa do quarto para a bela orla da praia de Boa Viagem, tivemos o privilégio de um check-in antecipado, aproveitamos a piscina e vista da cobertura, o quarto super aconchegante, e com uma usabilidade notável. Tivemos pouco tempo para usufruir de mais, mas o é ofertado vale cada centavo.

Razoável o quarto estava com problema no aquecimento do chuveiro, e café da manhã não tinha muita variedade

El hotel está bien ubicado, es lo único que tiene.Poca higiene. La habitación cero mantenimiento, espejos manchados y pintura techo mal. Cero decoración y entra mucha luz. Al estar frente a la playa hay mucho ruido. Desayuno correcto. Administración pésima. Me cobraron de más por mala manipulación del POS y en 4 días no me devolvieron 35 dólares porque no sabían cómo hacerlo, no quisieron darlo en efectivo. Quedaron en comunicarse conmigo, hace 3 días que me fui y no un mail. No les importó nada. Vamos a solucionar, el financiero, el contable, etc etc y solo por 35 dólares. Vergüenza total ! No lo recomiendo. No volvería a ir. Y voy a seguir reclamando porque no se merece este trato.

Chegamos de madrugada, por volta de 2h da manhã para fazermos check in. Atendente mal humorado, o quarto era muito sujo, tudo muito velho, o chuveiro não esquentava, quarto com cortinas rasgadas, chão imundo, banheiro sujo, um horror! Fujam!! Café da manhã razoável, ainda passa, mas o quarto, meu Deus, que horror.
