We stayed here because we were accompanying my husband on a business trip to Subang. It was already getting late when we wanted to get home, so we decided to stay overnight. We chose the hotel based on reviews and booked it without further ado. Upon arrival, we received our room key and found out we had a connecting room. It wasn't a big deal at first, until our neighbors arrived and found out they had been coughing all night, so I honestly couldn't sleep. The room wasn't soundproof, making the coughing in the next room very loud and disturbing. However, knowing the hotel was full, I automatically decided against protesting and tried to get some sleep, although I couldn't make it until 6 a.m. It was a shame because the hotel was nice.

The standard bedroom was fine, but the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. One of the sinks was broken and hadn't been repaired. The welcome drink was refilled water, and the kettle was already worn out and overdue for a replacement. The breakfast menu wasn't very varied (white rice, fried rice, stir-fry, battered chicken, sausage soup, battered tempeh, chicken porridge, toast, coffee, tea, watermelon, and guava juice). The lobby area was a bit crowded. There was an event during my stay, so guests were smoking in the lobby area. Additional breakfast for two children (1st and 3rd grade) was charged 50,000 Rupiah each. When I stayed at another hotel that day, I only paid an additional 50,000 Rupiah for breakfast for two children and three adults. The menu was more extensive and even tastier.

back here for a business trip, but unfortunately this hotel is getting worse day by day. with rooms full of mosquitoes and spiders right above the bed. Hotel guests who are very disturbing noise in the early hours and it happens every night. The hotel is like a stopover for unclear guests, because I booked 2 rooms with my friend and it was clear right next to our room we heard unethical conversations that were not married couples. The variety of food for 3 consecutive days is the only menu, the price is relatively low but there is no need for luxurious food, simple enough but not boring for hotel guests who stay for days. Hopefully this will be an improvement for this hotel. Cleanliness also needs to be improved all facilities are already crusty including toilets, sinks, floors, bathroom curtains.

Recommendation for customers with work trips, comfortable beds, toilets are quite ok.

This is my umpteenth time staying here for a business trip, booking two rooms. However, as the days go by, the quality of my stay has deteriorated. Mosquitoes are everywhere, and even spiders are right on the bed. The breakfast menu is the same for 4 days and 3 nights. The price is quite cheap compared to other hotels in Subang. However, it would be better if the menu had fewer options, and a different menu would be better. Every time I stay, the menu never changes. The hotel room is very noisy in the early hours, disturbing our peaceful sleep. The guests' coming and going are very disturbing, even to the point where we can clearly hear the conversation of an unmarried couple in the room next to us. It's a shame that a hotel that was once quite good has declined due to unscrupulous guests.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarettes. I asked to be moved, but they told me it was fully booked and offered a room treatment, which turned out to be just a spray of air freshener. My stay was very uncomfortable, plagued by the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were torn, the shower curtain was extremely dirty, and the bidet shower hose seemed to be leaking. There was no mat in the bathroom, and there was no hot water. The restaurant tables were dirty, and the breakfast menu was limited.

The hotel staff was friendly, and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the mattress and towels were stained.

It's a bit dirty, especially in the toilet. The curtain is covered in moss. The floor is slightly mossy and yellow. The toilet is crusty. The room curtain is torn. But the staff is very friendly.

The room was very dirty, the garden was dirty and the place was shabby, the toilet was dirty, the closet was never cleaned, the ceiling was broken and dirty, the air conditioning area was arguing and very very dirty, I was disappointed, until finally I didn't stay at this hotel, I was fed up. It was a waste to pay for it, it turned out to be dirty.

Have stayed here several times. Always special for Subang standards.

3 days staying here is really worth it, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the AC is cold, the location is strategic.
