Everything was good

Our stay was good. But when we tried contacting the hotel directly to reserve the room, the price quoted was over $100 more than the price we finally got through Hotels.com. Also the hotel's reservation agent was difficult to understand. We just said "cancel it" and did it online more easily.

This was one of the nicest Best Westerns we have ever stayed at! Good Job Chehalis!

The stay was great. Hotel was nice and clean! There was a lot to choose from for breakfast (yogurt machine and made to order omelets).

Gina at the front desk was a joy. And there morning chef, Jessica, took very good care of my special dietary needs. Everything was exactly as one would expect - clean, working, and thoughtful.

Great staff, especially Gina! Omelette bar was a big plus and the sofa bed was very comfortable, which I didn’t know was even possible!

For the price they charge it’s not worth it. Rooms looked outdated. The room had hardwood floors instead of carpet. Prefer carpet. The air conditioner struggled to keep temp. The TV was hard to navigate. The elevator took a month of Sunday's to get to you. At one point I got in the elevator and I needed to go to the first floor, it took me up to the third floor then back to the second then finally to the first. They won’t let you have any adult beverages in any of the common areas, only in your room. The only thing that made the stay good was Gina the night attendant, she was amazing very friendly and informative. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Average room, musty smell. Ran out of food, so no breakfast at the hotel on one of the mornings. Clean room, comfortable bed.
