The room is as pictured, clean, close to the airport.

The bathroom floor is very slippery. The cleaning staff was noisy since morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bedding smelled too bad. There is an airport shuttle service that costs extra.

It is only 10 minutes from BKK. Easy check-in.

The location is close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, but it's a bit tucked away, making it a bit difficult to find food or snacks. A paid shuttle to the airport is available. The rooms are okay, with cool air conditioning and a clean bathroom. It's a standard budget accommodation.

When we booked the room, it didn't say whether the transfer fee was included. I thought the transfer fee was included, but when I arrived, I had to pay extra, which should have been included in the actual room price. The bathroom walls didn't look like they were cleaned. The room smelled a bit musty. Also, the power outlets and the water heater were in different places. The room layout was weird.

I have stayed here many times and I like that the noise from the airport doesn't reach the hotel like other places. If I have to travel, I always think of this place.

Good, near the airport, good service from the staff, there is a shuttle in front of the alley, but it's a bit scary. The price is good. I have to catch a flight early in the morning, so I stayed there.

The staffs are good but the font at the entrance says company. When I called to ask, they replied like, “That’s the entrance. You can walk in.” But the problem is that there are 2 doors. My friend has a broken leg and the staffs didn’t help carry our stuff. I understand that, but for others who are a bit older, they helped carry our stuff and take us to our room. The cost of transportation to the airport is 70 baht per person, but the airport is very close. We called for a 100-baht taxi because there were many of us, so it wasn’t worth it. We agreed to pay the daily rate to stay for only 4-5 hours while waiting for our flight. We booked one type and asked the staffs to check in early because we had just checked out at 6:30 in the morning. The staffs informed us that we wouldn’t adjust the time. They let us check in early. But if they didn’t return the keys to the 2 rooms, they wouldn’t have been able to adjust the time. They didn’t help or sympathize. We stayed for 5 hours during the day until 2:00 p.m. It was worth it so they let us stay the room comfortably.

Staff was not friendly and not helpful. There is cockroach in bedroom. Location is secluded and the road access is terrible.

I like the location because it is near Suvarnabhumi Airport. The price is in the hundreds. Traveling by the hotel's van takes no more than 10 minutes. The fare is 120 baht because there are 2 of us. The hotel is in an alley but there is a free tuk-tuk service to drop off and pick up at the entrance of the alley. If you walk, it takes about 5 minutes. At the entrance of the alley, there are shops, a small market selling food, a 7-11, and a Lotus Express. I recommend buying a lot at once so you don't have to go out many times. The road in the alley is full of potholes because there are large vehicles passing through. But the hotel's driver drives very carefully. The room is clean and not cramped. But if there is a small table or 2 chairs, it would be even better. The room is quiet and the WiFi is very strong. There is a dining room downstairs. Behind the hotel is a small pool. Overall, everything is good. The hotel staff are friendly and polite.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. It is close to Suvarnabhumi Airport and the price is not expensive.

The staff who escorted us to the end of the road was very kind and wanted to take us. But the girl at the reception... forbade us from taking the 4 of us to the end of the road... I don't know why... even though she spoke Thai, I understood what she meant.

Over all, I would say that it is cheap and affordable. Closed to the air port. The service is good. I found the stain on the bed, that is not the big issue for me.

The staff while check in is unfriendly, no smile.. I was ask nicely but she answered so unfriendly and it's like she don't wanna talk to customer. Really so unwelcomed But the staff check out are friendly I was about wanna rate bad, but The staff while check out make me think twice. And I think that not all of them are rude. It's just some people

The pool is small and not clean. The room is not soundproofed from outside. People sitting and drinking beer can be heard talking. There is no table to eat in the room.

Some of the counter service staff are not impressive, not friendly, and have a face that they look at customers with. Their words are not good about the shuttle service fee, the child sitting on their lap, etc. The room is stuffy, not bright, the shower flows slowly, and is very noisy.

Need to keep some washroom amenities, like a dental kit.
