Great spot. Plenty of parking , close to everything. Nosiy but its in town so that normal also i always have the windows open so that doesn't help with the nosies!!!

Good location

Properly location is good but there is a quite bit of noise coming through the window at night, mostly loud music and drunk people yelling on the street. The overall condition of our room is good.

A very comfortable, convenient stay, down a lane on George St, so central, but quiet. Friendly, helpful hosts.

A gem in central Dunedin, even with free car parking, right in the centre of shopping district. It’s clean, cosy, having supply of slippers and tooth brush that normally hotels in NZ don’t provide. Very thoughtful I enjoyed my two nights’ stay here and it will be my no 1 choice for future visit to Dunedin.

Excellent value and quality motel. Some motels in NZ can be substandard, so this was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the motel is very conveniently located in the centre of Dunedin.
