everthing was great except there was no cupboard for clothes

Location and facilities are excellent

One of our favourite stays anywhere in Australia. Maurice is the perfect host. The property is gorgeous and a real credit to the host. Super clean, super comfortable. Will be back sooner rather than later.

The BnB was amazing very clean and very warm the dry breakfast was delivered and the host was super cool

Good access to public transport

Maurice was so inviting and gave a thorough run down on how it all works, incredible little spot that needs more attention brought to it. Ill most definitely be back

Like being in a home away from home. Maurice goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Milly the dog is a joy to be around.

Everything was good. There were three downfalls. One being no milk, it is the first b&b we have stayed at with no milk. Maurice did say he would bring some, unfortunately I think he forgot. There was tea and coffee in the room. The second downfall was the biscuits were stale. The third was at breakfast only white bread was put out. We have not eaten white bread for years. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I was actually expecting more.

The beautiful high ceilings in this property with chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous. This coupled with the modern bathrooms, comfortable and clean beds and amenities make this bed & breakfast a beautiful place to stay. The staff are absolutely incredible and could not be more welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for our great stay!

A lovely B&B in a great spot, tucked away from the main road, a stroll to Vic Park cafe strip and short drive to Burswood, the city and surrounds. With beautiful and clean interior, this place has charm, is spacious and comfortable, all you want for a short stay. Friendly, easy-going host.

Maurice is very accommodating

A very beautiful and tidy place and a super nice host! Morris is always willing to help and provide you travel information. Bus is just outside of door and runs frequently to and from the city and around. A very easy and happy stay! Highly recommend it!

The bed was so comfortable, the room and bathroom immaculate, loved our little courtyard. Would definitely go back and certainly recommend. Thank you.
