Precio calidad, está muy bien. Ofrecen transporte aeropuerto hotel, desayuno buffet. Creo que está muy bien por lo que se paga.

No paran de generarme gastos y problemas, con el cambio de tiempo de la escala tuve que rentar un hotel, la compañía nunca me avisó que necesito del certificado de fiebre amarilla para salir del aeropuerto, por ende me tengo que quedar en el aeropuerto y perder la reserva del hotel, quien me reintegra ese dinero?

Airport shuttle driver was very punctual and ready to assist. Front desk staff provided excellent customer service to resolve a booking error and ensured our room accommodations met expectations.

The staff were very nice, the hotel is located in a small street and cars drive thru fast. The hotel needs a major update. Wall unit AC is too old, doesn't cool enough. The bathroom hot water took between 7 and 10 to heat up. The matress is about 6 inches high.

Cheap hotel but comfortable

An excellent alternative for weary travellers looking to get some rest in between flights, like I did. The staff were friendly and helpful, attending to all my requests to the best of their abilities. The room is clean, although the place needs some updating-the building looks an old one. Strongly recommended!

Vwry convenient. Breakfast, staff and shuttle were great. We arrived at 11 pm at the airport and had to take a taxi in the end as we couldn't call the hotel to ask for the shuttle. I had written a message to them 24h before the arrival but didn't get a reply. But in the morning, it was no problem to use the shuttle but bear in mind you have to book it as it runs hourly I belive

This hotel is exactly what was promised. A reasonably priced hotel near Sao Paulo International airport with a good free breakfast and round trip shuttle to and from the airport. I'm staying here again next weekend and I'm glad to go back. Dona Pizzas up at the corner is really the only restaurant nearby but gets great reviews including from me!

Bed had hair, room was outdated. Found someone’s pants and underwear that were left in a drawer. So you can tell they barely clean the room. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle was only great part

Shuttle would have taken over an hour to pick me up. I emailed ahead but they never responded. Had to call them upon arrival and got different answers. Very difficult to end up talking with someone speaking English (I called at 11pm which may explain why less staffed)

A very simple, basic but clean hotel. Very thin walls. Great just for one night if you have a flight from the airport as they have a free shuttle service.
