Nice area. I can go shop for local food and in the morning can do morning walk to river area. Hotel is clean. Have live music in the lobby. I like the tap for water in the bathroom which have 3 outputs and enable me to do Wudhu easily

The staff was professional and friendly. We were traveling with a senior and needed a room with an extension. On the day of check-in, it wasn't available, but the staff assured us that if a room was available, it would be made available, and it was. Thank you for this excellent service.

Overall, there were no downsides to yesterday's experience. Everything was fine and as expected. Plus, we had live music at night while singing two songs. 😁

Friendly staff, good and varied breakfast selection. Room size and cleanliness are just ok but acceptable. Within walking distance to various local restaurants. Kids' activities available on weekends such as movie nights and cooking sessions.

[Minus] Most of the hotel staff (including security) were unfriendly and indifferent, one of the staff even served us while laughing with his colleagues several times. Check-in took a long time, and what I didn't like was that the receptionist took my cellphone to the back office without asking my permission for check-in administration.
[Plus] The hotel's location is strategic, in the city center. There are many places to eat around the hotel. The parking lot is also spacious. The breakfast was quite delicious, and near the breakfast location there was a Sape musician (Dayak Musical Instrument) who played his instrument in the morning. The hotel staff at the dining area were alert in serving us, especially fulfilling our request for food/drinks that were almost running out.
