This hotel's location is very strategic, close to culinary spots, malls, and the Old Town tourist area. On Sundays, you can take a leisurely stroll at Simpang Lima. All staff are friendly and polite, except for one security guard who was unfriendly and unhelpful to hotel guests. The Deluxe Smart room is more than adequate, and the bed is quite comfortable. The entrance door lighting is dim, and coffee or tea making facilities are available upon request. The towels are a little less clean and need improvement. Thank you. Thank you.

The AC doesn't work at all 🥲 I just slept with my neck and body wet, and I was too lazy to report it because I was tired and sleepy.

The room was in the basement, so it didn't have a window, but it was exactly as ordered. It didn't smell of cigarettes at all, and the bed and toilet were clean. The towels were freshly scented and had been rented out. The AC was very cold. It wasn't particularly soundproof, but it was very comfortable for resting. Despite being located on the side of the road, traffic noise was completely inaudible. What's even better is that it's 24/7. Since I was staying overnight to watch a concert, I had to leave early, and because it's located at Simpang Lima and on the side of the road, it's very safe on my way home. I haven't tried the cafe yet, as I was only there for a quick nap. The hot water took a while to come in, but it was still available, which is important. Next time, I might try a different room type. The hotel staff was friendly. The process was fast. The room at the far back on the 5th floor wasn't soundproof. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the room. The TV wasn't a smart TV yet. There's been some improvement; the curtains have been replaced, the towels are also clean and white, and the sheets are still dull. Just a suggestion to improve the Wi-Fi signal to the 5th floor. The location is very strategic, only 350 meters from Simpang Lima and Ciputra Mall. The price is affordable, and the rooms are quite comfortable. For those on a budget, this hotel is sufficient. However, if you're working on the internet, the signal is very slow, and the AC isn't very cool.

The room facilities do not provide a kettle and the sound of the AC is noisy and the sound from the next room can still be heard.

My first time staying at a hotel, I was confused about finding a good quality hotel at a reasonable price, and this was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the room was as pictured, and I got two free bottles of mineral water, a welcome drink, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and body soap. I will definitely repeat my order if I go back to Semarang.
