An old hotel that really needs immediate revitalization, good service and cleanliness.

The staff and Wi-Fi access are good. The location is in the city center. The room facilities, ceramics, and hotel amenities are lacking.

The service is quite good and the location is quite strategic. However, the quality of the hotel is lacking, the tiles are broken, the shower is problematic, and the kettle is also dirty.

The cleanliness needs to be checked more. I stayed in a suite room when I first checked in, the trash can was still full of tissues, even in the bathroom there was still cotton used to remove makeup on the sink. There was a dead cockroach on my bed. And the towels also smelled a bit. And when I was about to leave, a hotel employee approached and said that he had cleaned my car as if asking for a reward, actually the initiative was good but it would have been better to ask the guest from the start because it made a feeling of discomfort.

Got a room with a cracked floor, then asked to be moved, the next room had an unclean bathroom, the toilet was unclean, the shower hose was dirty, the vitras curtains, towels, bed covers, which should be white, were not clean. Disappointed with the condition of the hotel

The shower water leaked, they only gave me one towel, and the TV was just a display and wouldn't turn on. The phone rang but couldn't be used. The receptionist kept calling, and the home service didn't answer. The sink was slow to drain.

Okay, the hotel is old, but the service is really bad. There were no towels and when I asked for them, they ignored me until the afternoon when I came straight to the staff and gave me one. The toilet was dirty, the sheets were also dirty, and there was no drinking water provided, the door was broken.

The hotel is nice and clean. Unfortunately, some of the ceramic tiles are broken, but it's not a problem.

The room smelled damp, the air was unpleasant, smelly, the AC wasn't cold at all, the walls had damp spots everywhere, the sheets smelled and were dull in color, there were lots of tiles on the floor that were dangerous for children, finally I forced myself to move rooms and it was quite better than the previous room, please improve the room cleaning system, it's very unsafe for babies

So far, it's comfortable, the location is very strategic, not far from Braga and the town square, and it's safe. The building is indeed very old, with many cracked floors, but it's not disturbing, and it seems the management has tried to fix or cover up the shortcomings. The AC in the next room is a bit noisy, perhaps in need of maintenance or cleaning. The hot water for the shower isn't too hot, warm, not as cold as Bandung water. Parking is a flat fee per night, but it's reasonable and not as expensive as parking on the street. I was a little surprised when someone washed my car in the parking lot at night (in front of my eyes), and when I came out in the morning, someone else claimed to have washed my car, as if asking for a service. So, everything is fine, although my wife couldn't sleep much, suggested by a review from a TikTok account that said it was "haunted" and there are still many old-style buildings around the hotel that seem neglected, but that's the hallmark of Bandung.

Overall it's ok, but in the room I put it in, many of the tiles were cracked and there were several tiles that were about to come off.

When I entered the room, the hot water wouldn't flow, the cold water was murky brown, and the tile floor was cracked everywhere. The bathroom looked dirty, with a cracked toilet. I was moved to another room. It was slightly better, but the dirty feeling remained. The tile floor was badly cracked, and even when walking on it, it squeaked and made a noise.

It's pretty good, the location is very strategic.

The staff is friendly and supportive. Cars are cleaned by the parking staff.
