So, it's in the same building as the mall. You still have to take the elevator from the ground floor to get to the lobby. The directions weren't clear enough, making it a bit confusing and a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage from your car and then finding the lobby to check in. Moreover, the road in front of the mall was closed for an event. Plus, there's plenty of food around the mall. Cleanliness is adequate. The food is quite varied and tastes decent.

The sign for the entrance to the hotel is small, you can't order room service even though it's not closing time, but overall it's good, no problems.
