Older property, not enough pool chairs, horrible/cheap wine, and the same breakfast daily. Fantastic car rental service.

Quiet family friendly aparthotel. Clean and simple. Helpful staff. Well situated for the beach and a quick bus trip to the port or lovely old town of Alcudia.

The hotel is ok overall. It was close to the beach, about 5 minute walk. It was only about a 30 minute walk to the old town and marina. The rooms are older and some of the bed sheets were dirty. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. We would have liked more fresh fruit. Front desk associates were very nice and helpful. The people at the breakfast buffet need to take a lesson from the front desk about how to be friendly.

Everyone was helpfull and friendly , especially the gentleman at the counter that works the night shift, named Fernando.

Hotel was clean but there were still bugs and insects in the room, location is amazing, breakfast (extra charge) is awesome, and the kids pool is great. No pool guard on duty which is a minus. Rooms are small, kitchenette is tiny, not really usable. Balcony is a nice plus, so is the pool bar. Parking is street parking, you must find a spot. That said we always found a spot, but there is not a lot of parking. Beach is 5 mins walk away, very convenient.

I loved everything about these apartments! Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and it is in a fantastic location close to the beach and only a mile away from the Port. Friendly staff and loads of supermarkets nearby making it easy to self cater. Highly recommend!!!

Comfy beds, nice balconies, very quick walk to the beach. All of the staff, but esp housekeeping staff, were kind and friendly. I didn’t realize it’s street parking only. We were able to find a spot relatively close even though it was in August. Very hot and stuffy in the gym so just worked out on the balcony with my resistance bands.

Great hotel with perfect location, close to beach and far enough away from nightlife. Spacious rooms, nice food and clean poolside. Only downside would be the live cooking section. Nice food but the cook prepares food on request as opposed to batch cooking which results in long queues.

Great location and proximity to the beach.

I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent.
