The surrounding area was not very tidy. We did have some communication issues with the staff, as there were few who could speak English and, sadly, we were not conversant in Spanish.

This was a modern, clean and comfortable hotel very close to the beach. The centre of Iquique was walkable along the beach, and the surrounding area has lots of restaurants and bars. Underground parking was very convenient, and breakfast was also very good. The rooftop Sky Bar was great for a sunset cocktail too!

The location of this property is excellent. Central to beaches, restaurants, shopping and services.

We loved it. The best location, close to everything. We'll be back.

Staff a bit hit and miss

Comfortable hotel, well situated for local restaurants, with lovely views of the bay and convenient basement parking. Complimentary welcome drink (pisco sour) was a nice touch. Only downside was that they seemed a bit challenged when it came to towels: it took 20 mins for new towels to be supplied to the pool (we were not the only ones waiting, so probably longer), and we also needed to ask for bathroom towels as none supplied when the room was made up in the morning. But overall we greatly enjoyed out stay.

Great value, great location and view... On top of it, a decent restaurant and a hit pool on roof top with a bar and gym...

FYI they have lots of hidden charges & don’t operate under same rules as Hilton Garden Inn Locations in the states.

Friendly staff, modern clean rooms, big bathroom. Gym js limited but functional. I would recommend and return myself

Bedding was great, did not miss my pillow. Buffet breakfast was very good. Do not really need much else of what this hotel offers you. An ocean front location would have make it perfect but the ocean view from the room was ok.

Stayed at suite for 5nights. Staffs were so friendly and helpful, spoke great English. Location was really great, close to the beach, good restaurants, shopping area, but away from downtown touristic crowds. Definitely recommend Hilton for all visitors in Iquique. Compared to Terado, room was more spacious and had more privacy.

This hotel has much less than what you can expect. Cleanning lady walked into our room three times without kocking first. Men were fixing things outside our window on a Sunday at 7 am. Ammenities are not as you would expect for a Hilton hotel. When we were leaving, their system was down so they asked me if they could e-mail the copy of the bill. I have not received it yet after a day, and there is no contact e-mail in the Internet to contact them.

Brand new hotel, very modern, great location. Restaurant food was very good. Great location...walk to beach as well as other restaurants nearby.

Se escuchaba todo de la habitacion de al lado, conversaciones etc. No dejaron ingresar a una visita ni por un momento. La toalla sucia que deje en el suelo la volvieron a colgar. La piscina tenia tanto cloro que irritaba el espacio completo

Totally this hotel is so good!

Me gusto mucho la infraestructura. Pero la atencion de una de las señoritas que es turno de dia no me gusto . Todo excelente pero su personal da mucho que desear.
