Everytime about our stay was great! The room was very clean and housekeeping did everything fresh for our 2nd night (including the towels that we hung up). Breakfast was good and the entire staff was delightful. I will be back!

Hotel was very nice. 2Q Room was spacious with a large bathroom. All staff interacted with with friendly and helpful.

Not the biggest fan of having to join Bonvoy to get internet, but didn't really need it that bad so no biggie. Great breakfast spread. Very nice staff at check in and exit. Rooms spacious and clean.

This property was in a very convenient location. My purpose for attending was to go to Columbus Zoo. It was like 12 mins away. Breakfast was really good for a hotel!

Visited from Cleveland while having a planned trip to the zoo and Zoombezi Bay. Would stay at this hotel again.

We went here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate her!!!! The salt water pool was INCREDIBLE, can’t wait to come back!!!

I have stayed at other hotels. This one was amazing. I felt safe traveling alonr. The room was clean, up to date, spacious. I needed nothing. The check in and chrck out was flawless. Breakfast was beyond great. They kept the area clean. Plus i loved the little make up remover wipes in the bathroom.

Incredibly well run hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities, well cleaned, comfortable beds and peaceful both in room and in common spaces. Best hotel I've ever stayed in this price range. Will return on future visits.
