A beautiful hotel, modern and clean with fabulous amenities. Kids club is great, food is good, staff helpful and the beach is wonderful, clean and long.. Indoor pool is such a plus, kids loved it

The ac was not working. The bathrooms was not clean

Beautiful grounds and the beach right off the pool area is gorgeous. The sand is smooth, lots of wide spaces. Buffet was only okay and a bit pricey. Overall, we liked the facilities, especially for the kids.

Very nice but shower water temperature was not stable.

The hotel and property are beautiful. But… the management is lacking. Specifically, the property was basically empty (maybe 10% occupied) and not only did they not upgrade me, but they actually placed me next to another guest in a room with a connected door! Plainly, they did this because they value their ease of housekeeping far more than they value the comfort of their guests. Very disappointing attitude.

Great Location and amazing hotel!

New modern hotel. Good facilities. New design so much better than the older version. Pools are great. Lots to like. Only negatives to note are 1) lack of pool service 2) poor food at pool bar 3) service can be quite slow at times 4) buffet food is ok, lots of choice but lacks a little in quality. Quite expensive peak season, better value off season.

Really good for relaxing and family holidays. Brand new facilities. Nice swimming pools and 2 minutes away from a huge and nice beach.
