This property is safe, neat and clean. The staff is very professional and kind. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and it does not dissapoint.

Nice hotel downtown Poços de Caldas Very comfortable beds . Room is very spacious . The breakfast is really good . So many good stuff . The stuff is very nice and always try to help.

Don’t like at all

Is a great area, but they never did renovations , is old appliances. Is not good clean bathrooms,or bedroom floor , they only change the towels and bad sheets is very clean . The staffs all very nice , but you have to pay to park every day , it’s not included on the hotel , is a expensive hotel but is not worth , they need to do it all the renovations to be fair . I’m very disappointed , compare to the others hotels is cheaper than them and they have better hotels.

The hotel was great. The staff very friendly and helpful. There was an excellent free breakfast, and the lunch and dinner buffet were very reasonably priced. The building is a little older, but very well maintained and very clean. Poços de Caldas is a quiet, lovely resort town in the mountains, that grew around the hot springs there.

As acomodações são boas e bem higienizadas. Bom café da manhã. Ao fazer o check-out me foi cobrado o valor do estacionamento, apesar de constar como uma facilidade do hotel, assim como café da manhã, Wi-Fi e outras que não me foram cobradas. Quando fiz a reserva a informação de cobrança do estacionamento não constava.

The hotel is fairly modern and in the middle of the city. Large parking lot (free) across the street. Many restaurants and retail shopping within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. Parks are nearby too and a full service supermarket across the street. Staff at the front desk were very courteous. Rooms were large and offered good views of the mountains nearby. Shower was great. Free WiFi was fast too. Buffet breakfast in the morning (served from 07:00 to 10:00) had many choices and the staff would make omelettes or eggs for you. I would stay here again

the rooms are very poor, the air conditioner is just one unit in one room no nearly enough and very noisy. there are not any drawers to place our clothing, some of the chairs in the room were broken. The breakfast was very unappealing, not up to health codes. No ice on things that are supposed to be kept cold, no cover or protection over the food. Very disappointing and expensive. Very noisy as well.

Everything was smooth in the beautiful city of Pocos

Ok hotel for a basic stay, well located for restaurants and shopping in Poços. Room is comfortable enough even if the hotel in general could do with a refurb. Aircon helped keep the heat at bay, the hairdrier worked well, shower had good pressure and plenty hot water even if it was not the best spray head. I wish there would have been free water or coffee/tea making facilities. Wifi was adequate. The pool didn't make me want to go in. Breakfast was uninspiring, the typical 100 different sweet breads, a couple of varieties of melon and too sugary yoghurt. Go have coffee and breakfast or brunch at Ancora Coffee instead. Panedota Bakery also does good coffee and real bread.

Located on a central but quiet enough street, my room at Carlton Plaza was big and bright, with a nice shower with plenty of hot water and a hairdrier that actually dried my hair! Front desk was pleasant and helpful, laundry service was quick and cheap. Breakfast was not the most inspiring with the typical 50 types of bread you get on a Brazilian Breakfast buffet, but thankfully there are good options nearby. Would stay again!

This was a business trip and the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Was greeted upon arrival as expected and check-in must have been the fastest I have ever experienced - All I did was show ID and I was given a key! No re-processing of my credit card (they should have that info anyway from the reservation) and no re-possesing of my passport like I have experience in any other foreign hotel int he world. Since I arrived late at night I was VERY thankful for this efficiency. Room was clean, and comfortable. I would have given it a 5 if the work desk was more ample and there were more plugs for my laptop and mob. phone. Food was acceptable: The full complimentary buffet breakfast was great and paid buffet dinner was adequate, but not as spectacular as b'fast. I hope to go there again in the future.
