Our second time at this hotel. It’s our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. Only a few minutes from the motorway (A26). Highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning during our next holiday in France. 😊

Small room, and surprisingly busy road next to hotel

I stayed here with my family enroute to Disney. I knew it was going to be basic (we were only here for a short night) but it was very noisy outside until 03:30! A group of people sat outside the hotel basically having a party until the middle of the night. The A/C didn’t work properly so we had to have the window open. The noise kept us awake - this wasn’t ideal after a long drive! Also no towels were provided.

Auto check-in instructions stared that a code was needed, but after multiple attempts to contact the hotel prior to the stay (messages months before and calls on the day before) we still did not have clear instructions. Turns out the auto check-in did not need any specific code, just reservations details. The room and bathroom were ok. Everything was clean. We found the beds uncomfortable, luckily we were so tired we could sleep despite the discomfort.

Perfect to break up a drive, the rooms are great but theres no soap, kettle etc (but uou get what you pay for). Theres an ok bakery 1 minute walk away for pastries in the morning.

Overnigjt stop. Handy for motorway. Simple, good balue and good brekfast. Overnight EV CHARGING ON SITE!!

They claim on Expedia to have air conditioning. There was something that looked like a hotel air conditioner, but didn't work as one. I checked in just before ten p.m., checked out just after one a.m. The room was just too stuffy and warm. The folks at the front desk can't be blamed. I tried opening the window, but the curtain rod blocked it. Even so, my window was right above the road, and cars going by were noisy, even open only an inch or so. No phone in the room, either. I'm going to be disputing the charge on my card. I ended up checking into the Ibis Arras Center around 2 a.m. Absolutely recommend it. Beautiful place. AC actually worked. Wish I could have spent more time there. Pretty good breakfast.

In general we'd say this was average as the room had dirty spots on beds and dirty towels

Good, functional hotel. However, it wasnt clear on booking that there would be no reception after 9pm. Instead we had to checkin at a machine in the car park, in the rain, in the dark. The printer was broken so blink and you missed the room number flash up on your screen. Room was fine, walls pretty thin. Rod outside had traffic on it all through the night..

Bright and clean room, awkward to access parking lot. Eggs at breakfast were cold and our room only had 1 towel so we had to ask for a second. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Although there were no problems the male receptionist on arrival wasn’t very friendly and didn’t tell us any information , until we asked . The lady the next day was great.

Good stopover for travelling further into Europe. Supermarket and petrol station nearby.
