Has a kitchenette but zero items to make using the kitchen an option. Shower did not function. Just not at all what I expected. The front desk clerk that greeted me after hours was very kind and gracious.

That they never had towels or toilet paper or pillowcases and my id says Beaumont ,Tx And they had it as a residential address in Amarillo, Texas and the rate was higher!

Everyone and everything was great. All the staff and even the other guest were very nice and helpful I was really glad that they were there for me when I needed it in a stressful time

Found trimmed eyebrows on the sink before bed and woke up to cockroaches on the counter of the kitchenette. Gross.

The bed was good, the water pressure in the shower was good, the air was cold, and the toilet flushed. No frills or niceties like a non working TV, no coffee maker, ironing board or iron, no bedside lamp or updated charging ports. The broken window blind slat finished it off the room. The atmosphere (Mary Jane smell) going into the hallways and the elevator that strained a lot to carry us up and down added to the ambiance! Definitely, got what I paid for.

The room I stayed in was hot ac was not cold and killed like 7 flies it could just been that one room but who knows

This place was a dump with very few amenities. The refrigerator in the room was rusty on the outside. There was no lobby or coffee station. The room had a microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop and no coffee pot or coffee supplies, no dishes/coffee cups.

The room was ok. No top sheet on bed, but I asked for one and it was clean. The bathroom was clean enough. Just a sleep stop on a driving trip. Fairly quiet for the volume of people staying. The elevator was dirty, hallways smelled a little funky.

I got bed bug. I think they should get better cleaned on the bed and sheets

I found a roach in the room would not recommend

Staff was amazing to work with, great working w/me on a missed flight/coming in the next day for just hours then to get ready for a funeral - just the accommodations I needed. Room was clean, cold AC, fridge, etc... Only item, they had the tub faucet leaking, but couldn't complain at all, that just hurts them...

Infested with cockroaches. We immediately left and had to check in elsewhere. Do not recommend this place at all.

Floor was filthy, no smoke detector in room. Safety latch on door was broken. No shower curtain... I had to go down to front desk and request. Door to bathroom was broken. When I shut it the trim fell off along with the strike plate. Asked for extra towels and was told to bring mine down after shower and they would give me another set. I showered and cleaned b athroom floor with towel which was black ×hen I finishes. Took wet dirty towel down to front desk and was told they had no clean towels to give me. Different person than who checked me in. Elevator was extremely dirty.

Good got there late and nobody was in office but gave a number to call. Check in smooth and room good.

Over all it was a good stay minor things wasn't right.

The Hotel was pretty nice and peaceful, but they had no face towels while I was there and the room telephone didn't work

Great place, smells good. But they do not clean your room daily. If you need towels, every day you half to go to the office and switch out.
