Arrived around 9:30. Staff was polite and efficient. Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room. Room and bathroom area were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Rooms were clean and big, free breakfast was great, parking was super convenient. Location was perfect- lot of restaurants and UW so close by. We had a 2nd floor room, so you can hear a lot of street noise.

The hotel was close to the university of Washington and close to the train station.... it is in a scary part of town with a lot of homeless people and drug use

Great location if you don’t have a car, close to light rail and bus stops. Room felt like an apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable room!

It was very close to transportation. The bed wew comfortable. Breakfast was warm and ready every morning.

I booked this hotel because of past excellent experience with Marriott and closeness to University. However, my keycard was not activated and I was stuck in underground parking with no way to get out except to walk up the stairs with my bags and out to the street and around the block back to the main door. All doors except the one to the street were locked and inaccessible without keycard. This to me is a serious health and safety issue.

Staff was friendly, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was nice. Only one elevator to the guest rooms was working, which wasn’t really an issue, it just made for longer waits during breakfast time.

Lovely room! A little loud and the front staff may need to be more knowledgeable on sky train and amenities

Clean, convenient due to breakfast provided, easy parking, guest parking available. We will surely consider to revist next time.

Only thing is that the shower wasn’t cleaned and there’s a bit of grime in the shower and the bathroom as a whole

The kitchen

We can hear footsteps of people moving above us from our room. We were on the 5th floor and so we can hear all the way from the 6th floor.
