Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast had minimal options and the egg omlettes were cold.

Clean and friendly

Decent amount of space. Comfortable beds. The couch was very dirty and there was a big rip in one of the cushions.

I was amazed with the customer service provided by Sue (at the front desk) She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Convenient and great for our family!

We took a gamble and we stayed at a Springhill suites we normally stay at Hilton hotels like home too, and we’ve never really had an issue, but we were very disappointed in this hotel. It was not very clean and it was rundown. Tired looking. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, on Sunday night, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. The temperature rose to 75°F, and it made it very difficult for anyone in our group to get any rest. I reported the issue to housekeeping and attempted to speak with the front desk, but they were understandably busy assisting another guest at the time. I attempted to reach out directly to give your team the opportunity to address this issue before I left a review.

Nothing worked in the room. The carpet stinked and they nevered out new towels.

its very affordable nice hotel , good breakfast, pur room is very good clean just need a little renovation needed for sofa beds the cushions are torn and dirty , plus most of lights did not work in room , else staff is so great , clean lobby and quite environment 👍

The only part that I wasn’t happy about, after several days of not needing my room to be cleaned, I asked for a cleaning and a bed change. I was told they do not do daily cleanings on the weekend. Housekeeping brought me bed linens and I had to change my own bed. I already have to do that at home. I don’t want to have to do it when I stay at a hotel too. Also, the pool area could be cleaner and needs more chairs to lay out on. Other than that, everything was good. The reception staff was wonderful. The room was very clean when I checked in. On my day of departure, my plane did not leave until late afternoon, and I was allowed a 2pm check out. That was wonderful and excellent customer service. I will most likely stay here again when we come back next year.

This was a one-night layover on our way home from a family trip. Pros: large room with sofabed and large bathroom. Good breakfast options, pool easily accessible, staff very friendly. Parking was easy and close to the lobby. Cons: room did not cool down as much as I'd like. Sofabed not very comfortable, but easy to set up and linnens were prepared. Translucent panel on bathroom door meant going to the bathroom in the night lit up the entire room. Hot and cold breakfast choices but no plain scrambled eggs (had spinach egg cups and hard-boiled eggs).
