Location

This property is very safe, convenient and close to Unicentro, Hospital Fundacion Santa Fe and Reina Sofía, which makes perfect location for entertainment and health tourism. Staff is very professional, kind and responsive.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. While the property was comfortable, it did not meet the standards of luxury that I paid for. I encountered several issues during my stay. The laundry machine was filthy, and there were no paper towels provided. The master room shower had no hot water and no pressure, which meant that the four of us had to share the other bathroom. Additionally, my room had a strong diesel smell, which forced me to open all the windows. It took approximately four hours for someone to come and inspect the room. Although I was offered another room, I declined due to the inconvenience of repacking our many suitcases. As a result, we had to sleep with all the windows open. The breakfast options were also limited, and the food was delivered to the room. We will not stay here again.

Great option to stay in bogota

I use this property often when I visit Bogota, I can not find a better place for the money

Hotel needs renovation, great area but the facilities need to be upgraded ASAP

Amazing, clean, quiet, safe, friendly service.

The building is beautiful, and while you can sleep in the bed, the rooms are designed like its 1985, and so are fixtures and such. The towel in the room was a hand towel and cleaning isn't done on Sundays (which I wasn't made aware of). I asked reception to give me an early wake up call, they said they don't do that. I ended up asking the neighboring hotel (same complex) and they did.

No service at all; no one explained that they don’t clean on Sundays, there is no breakfast, no hairdryer, no coffee machine, old stained bathroom carpets, old dark furniture, administered by a leasing ofc which is only available during business hours and when asked for help they said to read the fine print in the website so no service commitment what so ever; second day they said there was breakfast and got us to order it thru room service and charged us afterwards…

Hard to find lobby... Hard Bed... Courtyard was Beautiful! Very Clean! Folks are ready to serve their guests even if the language is a barrier.. !

Great Location but Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and Service Our recent stay at Cora 127 was highlighted by its excellent location, convenient parking, reliable security, and pleasant surroundings. However, we experienced issues with cleanliness and service that need attention. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the staff was inconsistent with replacing towels. The absence of on-site maintenance staff led us to endure cold showers due to a faulty water heater, and no alternative room with hot water was provided. The room's mattresses were uncomfortable and outdated, affecting our sleep quality. We were offered access to a shower in a room under maintenance, but it too lacked towels. After persistent requests, we were finally given a new room, but it was a one-bedroom instead of the two-bedroom we booked, and again, it had no towels. In conclusion, while Cora 127's location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and guest services are essential. We suggest implementing a more efficient system, ensuring staff attentiveness, and addressing current shortcomings.
