Excellent location and nice rooms for the price

No room available and they transferred me to another hotel. Only I came for breakfast and it was good. Parking is 10 Eur daily in their sister hotel or you can park to the road with paying 0,5 Eur per hour between 08:30h-19:30h. Out of these hours and Sundays are free.

Terrible experience, I was beaten by bedbugs. I have photos and videos because I woke up 3am from a weird pinching to find out I was beaten. I spend 2 hours killing insects and cleaning the bed. Worst experience ever. I asked for a refund they asked me to speak with hotels.,com

Clean and spacious, within walking distance to both main bus and train stations. Breakfast very good, no decaf coffee but , but the 12pm check out made up for that! Overall very happy

Having stayed ther over 3 years on of very disappointing receptionists never there,the room looked like its had damged door to bathroom constent flushing toilet shower flooding. No tv remote took 2 hours kettle not working curtains hanging down on one side so light coming in at night.

Well located, breakfast could be much more better, not cleaning every day, but overall it’s ok.

Property not satisfied at all Need upgrade condition

Life in Bulgaria is very difficult and to run business in Bulgaria is very difficult. Hotel is in excellent location near to bus train station have near underground or Metro which is cheap and excellent connection to everywhere and to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. Only one think I would like to suggest is to have towels in the room not to ask for them . For me as a Bulgarian who leave not in Bulgaria and travel around the world I can say hotel is tree star hotel and definitely I can rate three star hotel. Would I stay again YES. My review was only my honest opinion and I hope to help another people also to make their decisions.

We didn't end up staying there, because there was a problem with the room. So they sent us to the hotel around the corner (where we were in fact very comfortable). The hotel was very difficult to find. There is a big red sign on the corner; you follow that to similar big red sign on a parking lot gate, that says "Aris Hotel and Restaurant Reception". Haul the suitcases up 4 steps and down 3 to get to the entrance, then up 2 and down 3 to get to reception. . . whereupon they tell us that actually the hotel is back on the other side of the road! I must say, though, that the (real) receptionist was extremely helpful in getting us settled into another hotel. We had breakfast at Aris, and it was good.

We had a late check in and something went wrong with the generation of the access code. Can happen, but negative is that contact number did not work and we ended up going to another hotel for the first night. The breakfast is weird. The hotel does not provide despite having a restaurant attached. You are then sent to one 500 meters away, despite others being closer… Looks very unprofessional, it would be more honest to not offer the breakfast option at all.

The expedia listing is wrong. No free breakfast. Not even tea or coffee in reception. Broken A/C unit and staff was unwilling to find a fan or order repairs, or relocate. Room Temperature was over 34 degrees C. Cockroach alive and on its back greeted us in the morning. Sewage smells from bathroom drains permeated bedroom. Yet place was full of clients based on rates and perhaps misrepresentation by listing in expedia. Desk staff is not empowered to provide service to customers.

The Aris is a good hotel, It is quite modern, staff are friendly, it is central, there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The only thing thing I didn't like was the minimalist fitted sheet which kept coming off the bed during the night. The hotel is exceptional value

Loved our stay! Very very comfortable stay for both nights, clean room and spacious, excellent and helpful staff and great value for money!

Good location, sister hotel across the road has a lovely outdoor bar area.

The hotel is situated about 10 mins walk from city centre. Quiet and very clean hotel. Breakfast ok but not memorable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Room OK but bad smell of drains from bathroom shower. Breakfast very basic buffet

the customer service was very good but I disagree with one if thier policies. one night I was very tired and just wanted to get something to eat and relax in my room. when I ordered I thought I made it clear I wanted to take food to my room. when the food came out they told me I couldn't take food to room and had to sit there to eat. the front desk girls and everybody seemed to provide great service but this made my stay alot less comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful the bar and Resturuant were clean and the food and coffee were very good. Breakfast was good and ad some variety but is the same every morning. Beautiful outdoor patio with flowers and coverings for the sun. For the money it s a great place to stay
