We didn't end up staying there, because there was a problem with the room. So they sent us to the hotel around the corner (where we were in fact very comfortable).
The hotel was very difficult to find. There is a big red sign on the corner; you follow that to similar big red sign on a parking lot gate, that says "Aris Hotel and Restaurant Reception". Haul the suitcases up 4 steps and down 3 to get to the entrance, then up 2 and down 3 to get to reception. . . whereupon they tell us that actually the hotel is back on the other side of the road! I must say, though, that the (real) receptionist was extremely helpful in getting us settled into another hotel. We had breakfast at Aris, and it was good.
