This is my third stay at the Ijen Suites. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and facilities. However, I was a little disappointed yesterday because the swimming pool was unusable (under maintenance). Other than that, there were no issues.

I booked a hotel through the app, with a pool view and a top floor, but in reality, I was given a rear parking lot view and not a top floor. I complained and was finally given a pool view and not a top floor, across from the first room (even though I've stayed at this hotel many times). Please be mindful of special guest requests.
