Helpful staff and all I needed in Paris. Affordable, comfortable and very convenient to public transit to get around Paris. The bathroom could use a deep clean or an upgrade, but otherwise I found it a fine pied à terre (about 20-30 min by public transit to everything). Very helpful staff once I arrived. However, the change conditions for reservations were ridiculous. And after ghosting the Hotels.com support team, they made the change after I arrived (even after I said I didn't want it, and, of course too late to make the other arrangements I was looking at weeks earlier). The staff handled it well, but it was a huge bummer.

Functional hotel in an area with lots of South East Asian restaurants to choose from. Decent Italian as well just meters down the road. Easy walking distance of metro station - direct line to Eiffel Tower.

Loved that the bathroom was a nice size with a shallow tub/shower combo.

Kind helpful staff- especially the daytime receptionists. Excellent location close to transport links. They were flexible about checking out time and leaving the luggage in the room. Needs to be improved : No possibility of making tea or coffee in the room and the fridge did not work.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The good: just a few minutes walk from the metro, great bakery for breakfast a block away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good wifi, lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bad: Only one light worked in our bathroom, the one over the shower. The light over the sink didn't work, and neither did the hair dryer. We reported these to the front desk after our first night, but neither was fixed by the time we left a few days later. Also the main heating system in our room didn't seem to be working properly, we were only able to get it to turn on once. Fortunately we were able to use the bathroom heater/towel warmer to keep the chill off in our room. It was also noisy, not from the street, but from the other rooms, we could hear people talking on their phones, walking around, etc. Given the price we paid, which was low for Paris, our experience was OK.

No elevator, having a disability this makes the hotel impossible to stay. Had to switch hotels no refund was given, even though this information is not disclosed in the property details. How unfortunate!

Stayed here for 5 nights. First time in Paris for both of us and it was a lovely little hotel. One massive problem though, the night receptionist on three of the nights was asleep every single time we came back to hotel anytime after 12. Not just dosing on his chair, he was lying down asleep where people eat breakfast. The second night we had to ring the hotel to wake him up and on the third night before we went out for the evening we told him, we’d be back but we will ring again if he is asleep…we got back at 1:30 pm and he was asleep again with the phone off the hook. It was an absolute joke. The other 3 members of staff we came across were lovely and very friendly and pleasant but this guy needs a day job. Deplorable service.

AC with in room controls!!!! Room was clean, comfortable, and nice to cool off after a hot day in the city. Not near the major tourist attractions but right between two different metro lines and along a bus route that goes right to the Louvre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady during the day who checked us in and we would see as we were leaving spoke great English. Room was always clean when we returned. Area seemed very safe as it was nestled in between apartment buildings that housing young families. Loved getting a hot sandwich directly across the street at the Mayam when we would be getting in late. There was a wonderful bakery, Fournil De L'Excellence, on the next corner on the same block as the Mayan. Next time in Paris, I plan to stay here again.

There is no elevator and the room and bathroom were very small.
