The hotel is ok for the price, the room is clean and spacious, the staff is enthusiastic, however the swimming pool is not very clean, I swam and got a rash, the hotel is located right in the center so it's easy to move around, if I have the opportunity to go to Nha Trang, I will choose Alana again

The bathroom curtain with sea view was not cleaned and replaced, it looked old and had not been cleaned for a long time. The soundproofing of the room was not good, at night you could still hear the music clearly even though it was on the 10th floor

The room was okay, there were a few loose electrical outlets in the room, some didn't work, some worked but were hidden under the bed. Every time I plugged it in, I had to push the bed out. When it rained, I asked to borrow an umbrella from the hotel. But you had to go to the lobby to check if it was raining, then lend it to the guest (you only lend it when it's raining, I thought the guest was lying or something). In general, I felt that it was not very thoughtful, a bit clumsy and unprofessional. I was afraid that it would be taken away if I borrowed it. Why bother asking for it !!!!! Everything else was ok. If you're not too picky like me, this is ok.

When I checked in, it was quite fast but the attitude of the female receptionist was not very nice. The male receptionist was very enthusiastic in serving me. My room was clean, fully equipped, I was very satisfied. I stayed here for 5 days and found that every day the room was cleaned very clean, caring for everyone. However, when checking out, probably because it was early in the morning, the procedure took a bit long. But if I return to Nha Trang, I will still choose this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the rooms are nice and clean. Our group booked a city view room but the hotel supported upgrading the room to a sea view, thank you very much.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I must say I was very satisfied. However, probably because it was the tourist season, the room cleaning was not very thorough and the towels for guests were wet. One thing I think the hotel should pay attention to is the power outlet. I stayed in a room with 3 people but there was only a double bed with 2 power outlets on both sides. I slept in a single bed and there was none so it was very inconvenient. The next point is that the refrigerator was not cold. When I bought things to store, they all melted. Next time, if I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

For 600k/night, you get a convenient location near the center, friendly staff, and rooms that are not very soundproof. Overall, it's okay because you can check in 1 hour in advance.

The hotel is very ok, convenient location, lovely staff. But the thing is, I forgot something in the room and when I checked out, the staff didn't return it immediately. They waited until I got to the airport and remembered. I called the staff and they supported me to return it to the city. But it's okay, as long as it's returned, it's ok. Overall ok.

The hotel is right in the center, there is parking in front so it is very convenient. The hotel is a bit old but the room is clean and comfortable. My experience here is very good, I will come back if I have the chance.
