We were called one day before the check in and said that our booking is cancelled. So far no refund is made or no was bothered to track the status

The stay was nice and comfortable. The staff were good and hospitable.

Not happy. No drinking water bath soap available. On call room service is very poor.

Nothing to say special. Though rooms were ava. They hesitated to give. I hate this hotel and will not recommend to anyone.

La chambre était très sale J'ai acheté mes draps car les draps étaient rempli de tâches et ils sentaient mauvais. Le bouton de l'eau froid ne marchait pas dans les toilettes J'ai acheté du désinfectant pour nettoyer la salle de bain Tout était sale à une extrémité affolante Je vais me faire tester en France pour infection cutanée j'ai plein d'acné sur la peau du au matelas infesté de puce. Je souhaite un remboursement intégral pour l'hôtel c'est honteux
